Karl's Appliance Pricing, Return, and Delivery Policies

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

For Carry-Out Merchandise:

All non-delivered merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days from original date of purchase. All merchandise returned for credit, refund or exchange must be unopened, in new and re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, in the original carton with all originally packing, accessories, guarantees, and instruction manuals.
Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Microwaves, Vacuums, Fans and Video and Audio Electronics may be returned for defective exchange only!

For Delivered Merchandise:

Delivered Appliances and Televisions may be returned for defective exchange ONLY and must be checked by an authorized service agent before an exchange can be approved. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Karl's. A restocking fee & redelivery fee may be applied to any product exchanged/returned that does not meet the guidelines detailed above. All refunds and/or price adjustments will be sent by check from Karl's main office within 21 days. Credits on purchases paid with a credit card or Karl's charge will be issued to the original card. Karl's does not issue cash refunds.

Errors on Our Site:

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Karl's Appliance reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Karl's Appliance will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Karl's Appliance Return Policy.

Delivery Policy

Karl's uses a variety of delivery methods including, but limited to, parcel shipments, local delivery services, national delivery services, and national freight carriers.

Signing for delivered merchandise, without notation of damage or defect, releases Karl's Appliance and the shipping carrier from liability.

Damaged Goods:

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 1 business day of receiving the shipment at 1-877-695-2757 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).

White Glove Deliveries - It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Check for both packaging and product damage before accepting delivery. If any damage has occurred, please note on the waybill before signing for your merchandise. Karl's Appliance is not responsible for any damage that has occurred after 1 business day of receiving your shipment.

Standard Inside Deliveries - It is very important to inspect your packaging thoroughly before accepting delivery. If any packaging damage exists, it is imperative to note such damage before signing for your merchandise. Karl's Appliance is not responsible for any damage that has occurred after 1 business day of receiving your shipment.

Please be assured that all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.

If the damage has been discovered AFTER the driver has already left your location:

Immediately contact the carrier that delivered the merchandise to alert them of the situation.
Immediately contact KarlsAppliance.com customer service to report the situation at

customerservice@karlsappliance.com

DO NOT discard any of the shipping or packing materials.
DO NOT discard of the item.
DO NOT ship the item back to Karl's Appliance without obtaining an return authorization.

Manufacturer Warranties and Repair:

Karl's Appliance is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. Every item we sell, unless otherwise noted, includes a manufacturer's warranty. Refer to your the documentation included with the item for warranty details. To obtain service under manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

All items purchased from Karl's Appliance are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Cardholder Agreement

When you make purchases from Karl's Appliance using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Karl's Appliance is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")

Product Descriptions

Karl's Appliance and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Karl's Appliance does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Karl's Appliance itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
