Coming from a side by side, I am happy to have this fridge. I love all the door space for condiments and beverages. The shelving heights aren™™t as adjustable as I™™d like, so I feel like I don™™t get to use the space as efficiently as possible. It is a bit noisy at times, but not overly loud. I do like the middle drawer for the flexibility. The freezer is a tad small, but I found bins that fits nicely and allow everything to be organized nicely.

This is an AWESOME refrigerator! The icemaker is a little noisy, but this little bit of noise outweighs the beautiful features of the refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer work wonderful (above and beyond my last Frigidaire refrigerator). The second drawer feature is great for it can either be a refrigerator or freezer. The water dispenser fits a sports bottle which is fantastic. . The refrigerator itself is a beautiful design.

We truly like our new Frigidaire 4 door refrigerator and the only concern we have is the lower drawer sometimes sticks when opening and somewhat requires a solid push to close the drawer. All I would suggest is make sure your using good American made door slides when manufacturing the refrigerator...

My refrigerator is 3 months old and I had to glue the crisper drawer back together. I am careful with handling drawer and make sure there is not excessive weight in drawer.You would think a $3K refrigerator the drawers would last longer then 3 months.

My experience is mostly positive for this refrigerator. The ice dispenser does not get clogged as often as my old LG (expired after 7 years) and I love the 4 door concept. My only criticism is it is noisier than I would like.

I love our new fridge. Both I and my husband have back issues. This 4-door appliance keeps us from having to bend over at least twice a day. Our dogs eat carrots, zucchini, and other fruits. These items stay handy in the third door of the refrigerator. Perfect buy for us

I like the refrigerator but the ice maker is awful. Broke twice, second time took four visits and 1.5 months to fix by the warranty company. Doesn't make enough ice for normal usage for two people. You can do better Frigidaire.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. The counter-depth feature allows us to keep track of what™™s inside™"no more lost containers way in the back! The third drawer is an added bonus for my special items that I can keep out of sight from the rest of the family! Also, there is an enormous amount of freezer space. The ice and water dispensers are awesome as we are always filling up our glasses or Keurig reservoir with filtered water. Total convenience!

This refrigerator is spacious and produces perfect size ice. Love the counter depth. Replaced a Kenmore Elite due to a power surge. Hard to believe that Frigidaire only provides a one year warranty on this product the Kenmore was a 10 year. Must not be very confident in what they are selling.

We absolutely love this fridge. My favorite part is the middle drawer that can be adjusted to whatever fits your needs (freezer, fridge, etc). We use it as our beverage drawer to hold all of our beer™¦ no need for a beer fridge or wine cooler!

So far I am really enjoying this frig. Was worried about giving up the space that counter-depth takes away, but doesn't seem to be a problem. Everything is arranged well to make use of space available. Wish the shelving adjust options were better, but not creating a major problem at this point. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is and the option on the third drawer to be a freezer or frig space is a real plus!

I've had this refrigerator that I love for 3 years initially. Purchased April 2019. April 2020 started having trouble with Ice Maker, but couldn't get anyone to come fix it because of Pandemic. Finally, paid $400 for repairs. Didn't purchase extended warranty. Anyway, March 2022, we start getting this error code ER b1. I'll post pictures because its not really at "B". We've had several people out since. Parts replaced still same code. Refrigerator and middle section freezes everything now. Ridiculous. The service company we are now dealing with ordered a part on 5/9/2022. I've been calling weekly. Today 6/14/2022 they say its on back order. Not sure what the part is will call tomorrow myself. Maybe I can find the part. So disgusted at this point. We bought a small refrigerator to get us by but, goodness it doesn't hold much. Tired of going shopping. Besides having to by ice. Someone please help. I hope I don't have to buy another refrigerator.

I really like the 4th drawer/door! My sister is handicapped and uses a walker. Having all the drinks & juices in the drawer really aids her independence in helping herself. The French doors stay open & don't hit her swinging shut like our old refrigerator. The fact that an ice maker is an integrated unit that barely takes up any space in the top section is amazing! It is quiet too!

We bought this fridge a few weeks ago. There is plenty of space for storage and we love the ability to change the middle drawer from the fridge to freezer setting. We™™re still learning about the settings, features and are happy! The fridge was actually too cold at one point and froze a gallon of milk! The only complaint we would have is the size of the ice bucket as our family of 5 runs out of ice easily.

My Frigidaire is 6 months old and has stopped working, I have had the service peopleout to figure what is wrong with it and at first they said it can't handle food in the fridge, What!! why have a fridge that can't handle food in it? What is the point of a fridge?Now they say the mother board is not working, they ordered a new one. It's been 3 weeks without my brand new fridge working and no response on when it will get fixed. This fridge sucks!! I had it a couple months and the ice maker quit, finally after a few calls and no one to help me I had to unplug my fridge for over a half an hour then it started working again. I've had to do that several time in the last 6 months. Then the tray under the coils in the back became so full of water it leaked ALL over my floor. I have no idea why it became full of water took forever to get the water removed or soaked up. I haven't had this fridge for a year yet. The ice maker has finally quite working altogether now. To say I'm mad and frustrated is an understatement!! For the money I paid for this fridge and the problems I have had with NO help to fix them is absolutely absurd!!! NOT even a year old and have had so many problems!! I honestly thought I was buying top of the line for the name and price! I was Wrong! I have never wrote a review before but I don't want anyone else to have the problems I have had with no one to help fix them. Talk about helpless!! 1 Star is all because it won't let me NOT put one!!!

It™™s funny they should ask for my review this week. For a year now I™™ve so loved my fridge my mother bought one too. I love the versatility of the middle drawer. I love the spaciousness. The freezer compartments. But after only a little over a year my fridge started giving off an error code of ER t1It was very confusing and took us a week to figure out that™™s what it was saying. When I finally started looking for a possible part replacement I placed the order only to find out it will take like 5 weeks to get. Having our fridge continually freeze my groceries is getting to be a pain. But hopefully once it™™s fixed we will love it again!!

The ice maker does not produce the advertised amount of ice. We often run out of ice, especially on warm days. The freezer drawer cracked within a few months after getting the appliance, even though we have been especially careful. I™™m not sure I will purchase another Frigidaire appliance again.

I bought this refrigerator twice. When we moved into our new home, I bought it a second time because I loved it in the home we were selling. I can put so much more into it than my older side-by-side that was 25 cu ft. Just love that drawer that can be used as a refrigerator for our deli snacks or can be used as a freezer. We have never run out of ice cubes either. Just the perfect refrigerator that looks so nice being counter depth too.

Fridge was working great. Makes a lot of rumbling noises. Not sure why. I know it is not ice maker filling up with water or dumping the ice. BUT I have it a month and the ice dispenser is stuck on Crush Ice i.e can no longer dispense ice cubes. So frustrating considering how much I paid for the fridge. I know it is under warranty just a hassle.

This fridge is beautiful. I do feel like it is a bit small and I wish the side shelfs were bigger. The shelfs on the side with the ice machine and pretty much useless, can barely fit any condiments in them. I do the the flex drawer, I use it to put drinks in. If I used this to put produce in then the fridge as a whole may be bigger. If you shop at Costco you are going to have a hard time to fitting all your frozen food in the freezer if you have big family. I am only a family of 3 so If I had more kids in my family I would say you may want to buy a different fridge. The ice machine does not make enough ice, either that or we are doing something wrong. Still trying to figure this out. The fridge is very quite though, no problems with noise.

I wish I could submit a review on this French door refrigerator, however my brand new refrigerator has never worked. Countless calls to customer service, 4 service technicians and a part on order that is on back order with no ETA.
