Purchased a 20CF Gallery Top Freezer in stainless steel color. The first one delivered had a loud noise coming from the freezer fan. Disappointed but having a Frigidaire model at home I knew this was unusual. I went back to search for a replacement but kept coming back to this one when reviewing other manufacturers, models and options. They replaced it with the same frig and it is perfect™¦no loud noise. Love the features, size and light in the freezer. I wish I had this one at home versus at the cabin. Would buy again!

The refrigerator and freezer are exactly what we were looking for. Temperature settings in both compartments are easily adjusted and very consistent. Overall capacity more than suits our needs. I do wish they had included ice cube trays.The only downside to our purchase is regarding the adequacy of protective packaging. This is our second unit - the first had a couple of dents in the lower door which were not apparent until it was fully unwrapped. There were also some small scratches in the area between the two doors. We were luckier with the replacement unit, although it also had a small dent at the rear upper corner of the cabinet and the vented sheet metal on the lower back of the cabinet was deformed. These imperfections were, fortunately, fairly small and readily concealable.

I love that this fridge is exactly the same size as my old 18 cu ft Frigidaire, but 2 cu ft bigger on the inside. I also love the black stainless steel finish. But my very favorite feature is the full-width deli drawer. I buy a lot of cheese and I was always running out of room in the smaller drawer. Now I have room to spare!

Overall, we love our new refrigerator. However, we had our new refrigerator for less than two months when the compressor went, causing us to lose all of our frozen food as well as food kept in the refrigerator. Koch's Appliances ordered a new compressor and had their technician do the repair, but it took almost two weeks and we were left without a refrigerator for that time period of time.

Delivery of fridge end of September, essentially was used 3 weeks as it is a summer home. No fridge since Jan 29th, repair man finally attended 9 days later to tell me it needs a compressor, which will arrive 7-14 days, but who knows how long for repair man to return I would highly recommend joining a FB dddicated solely to unhappy Frigidaire customers. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE if you want appliances that work. I wonder if Frigidaire execs have Frigidaire appliances in their homes????

Frigidaire Gallery FGHT2055VD. It's only a 1 !/2 years old. Bought it in April 2022. Lost its cooling. Cost me $119.00 for them to tell me it's a Sealed System Issue. Loosing it's coolant. And we were told it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one. What a waste of money. $1200.00. Hauling it to the scrap yard. Don't think i'll buy Frigidaire again.

We purchased this refrigerator because it had good reviews. It was also a perfect size for our small space. I was so pleasantly surprised at how roomy it is! The adjustable door shelves are great, especially being large enough to hold large milk cartons, etc. The crisper drawers have helped preserve our fruits and vegetables better than any other refrigerator we've had. And I love the color, which is more of a slate than jet black.

This is a nice refrigerator without all the bells and whistles. Large shelves and plenty of door shelves. Two things I would like is 1) to have the door be able to push close. It stops a few inches then you actually have to push again to close it. 2) would have been nice to have another shelf come with the freezer. Good so far. It™™s nice to have a light in freezer.

This refrigerator looks very nice in my kitchen. The size is perfect for my needs and I like that there is no handle sticking out. My previous fridge was a French door, but this one has a better design for storage on the door. I can put more items on the door, which makes it easier to find smaller items. I gave it 4 stars because it runs a little loader than my old fridge, but it™™s not really that loud. Maybe it™™s the defrost cycle I hear. Overall I have been very happy with it so far.

We have small fixed space for our refrigerator. We have a 24 year old Frigidaire that still runs and has never had an issue. We felt it was time to replace it before we HAD to replace it. After looking, our best option was another Frigidaire. It has 20 cu ft in the space of a normal 18 cu ft unit. I am anxious to see the electrical savings in this more efficient unit.

Bought to replace a 12 year old Whirlpool on its way out with the similar no handle style and energy star designation. It holds a lot in a small footprint! I can fit so much on the doors leaving lots of space on the shelves. Everything is visible and easy to get at. The freezer compartment seems smaller but again the door storage is good. The temp holds steady so far. The only minor complaint is I wish there were two led bulbs in the fridge. The freezer light is nice and bright though.

Upon closing main chamber door, freezer door opens up and vice versa.Lights broke 3 times during warranty - never got fixed. Frigidaire offered a small credit towards a purchase of the replacement fridge - not what I want to be warranty promise.Temperature control button stuck after 1 use - unable to adjust temperature. I would not recommend this product.

Love the built in handles the fridge and freezer, i dont have to worry about them braking of anymore. Love the Long roomy deli drawer, and i love how the veggie and crisp fruit drawers have the little piece of metal on the handle so i dont have to worry about those breaking. Sometimes when the refrigerator door closes it causes the freezer door to open slightly causing a frost build up. We have to make sure the freezer door is closed every time we open the refrigerator door. Otherwise, we like the product very much.

I love my new Frigidaire refrigerator! I was looking for a smaller size fridge that came in the black stainless steel. There was not much of a choice. I was thrilled to find this 20.0 cu. ft. Frigidaire! I love that the freezer has a bright light. It makes it so easy to find things. I also love the narrow drawer for deli meats, etc. The door stores so many items it leaves the main body of the fridge sometimes looking almost empty. I love the look of the front doors from the outside, and I™™m getting used to giving a little extra push to close them. Overall, so far I couldn™™t be happier.

My boyfriend and I purchased new Samsung appliances in 2019 for our condominium. The refrigerator didn't last a year requiring a new compressor. Each year thereafter it needed replacement parts including sensors. The last service call was the final straw for me so we junked the Samsung and purchased the Frigidaire brand. I love the roominess of the storage in the door as well as the capacity of the icemaker which we purchased as an added benefit for this appliance. I couldn't be happier with the Frigidaire brand!!!

There is so much room in both the refrigerator and freezer part of this product without taking up too much space. I™™m thrilled with my purchase because the area for my refrigerator is smaller and could only fit certain refrigerators. This is a very nice fridge, my only complaints are: 1 - the doors have some kind of spring that makes them spring open, which means that if you take an armload out and try to close it, it swings wide open instead. 2 - the rollers don't lock, so when you pull the door, the fridge rolls out. Otherwise it works quite well so far (touch wood) and is very nice.

We needed black to coordinate with new cabinets in the garage. The fingerprint resistant finish is a plus. The glass shelves are easy to set, and the drawers glide effortlessly. The auto close doors really help when your hands are full. The default settings are adequate and recovery when loading is fast. It is so light weight when compared to our 1980 vintage it replaced. Runs quiet enough. I wanted an audible for when the doors are still open, and this model has this. This feature is a little quirky on when and how it signals, but it could be operator error because there are no included instructions that I found. I chose the Frigidaire brand on reputation, and reviews.

We bought this fridge a few months ago and absolutely love it!! While it isn™™t fancy like the other refrigerators, this fit our needs and is wonderful! The light in the freezer was a bonus as I didn™™t realize it had one when purchased! It™™s nice to be able to see everything! During our power outage, we didn™™t have to throw one thing out as it kept everything cold and the freezer items were still frozen!! Definitely worth the money!

When the alarm would go off but was very quiet. You had to be right next to it to hear it. Back to the drawing board for this model and all that are based on it.
