I like the sleekness of this cooktop. My only issue is the metal trim on the front. I would love to have it where this one was glass all around, because the metal trim scratches easily. Other than that, this cooktop allows for 4 different items to cook at the same time. It is semi easy to keep clean.

We had to purchase a new cooktop because the main burner on the previous one went out. That one was purchased in 2009, and I was very surprised and disappointed it did not last longer. The burners are located in a different pattern and it will take some getting used to. On the previous one the primary burner used was a medium/large one on the right front of the cooktop. I used the inner or smaller (medium) burner the most. Now the burner on the right is a dual one, large/larger. The one that is closest to the one I used the most is in the middle of the back of the cooktop. Not a very comfortable reach for a short person like myself. There were no other options for us, the only cooktop available in the size needed was the floor model. I will continue to work at getting comfortable with it, hoping that I don't burn myself during the initial time.

I™™ve had glass cooktops before and this one is the absolute worst one I™™ve ever had. For a professional cooktop, the glass and the stainless scratch extremely easy. I™™ve only had it 10 months and it looks like it™™s been through a war zone and I™™m not even home to cook on it very much. I am most disappointed in this purchase

We cleaned the stove prior to use with recommended cream cleaner. We wait until cool, then clean using with recommended cleaner. We use completely flat bottom, clean pans and already have little bubbles or marks on the large burner. We purchased 10/2017 and have only used it about 6 times. Very disappointed. I also noticed yesterday when using this larger burner in dual mode, with the correct size pan, even on low, the temperature was too high and necessitated me turning it off and on so the food would not cook too rapidly. This is obviously a design flaw as I noticed that someone has a very similar picture. It is also probably a safety hazard with a burner that is too hot. Besides the above issues, it would be nice if the warming burner was in the back rather than taking up prime location in the front. Obviously completely unhappy with this product!! This cooktop HAS to go so will need to figure out the best way to make that happen. Help!!

I purchased a 36™™ Frigidare professional series model FPEC3677RFcooktop had it installed today 9/22/22. I called 4 times today spoke with 4 different people not one was able to help me. On your website you show this product under the features section you have a short demo video that shows a black cover that can be placed over the 2 burners and bridge no one seems to know the part number or name of this piece. 2 of the 4 people I spoke with told me they didn™™t have the internet to bring up to look at. I am hopeful someone at Frigidare can identify the part and provide me with the correct info so I can order this.

Recently moved into a home with this cooktop. The nicest thing I can say is this cooktop is awful. Your pots slide all over while cooking causing them to come off the heat when cooking in larger pots and pans. There is no accessory to provide any sort of grip or traction as it is not an induction stovetop. It takes forever to heat items. I™™ll be tearing this out for a gas cooktop ASAP.

I've had this installed for almost a month and LOVE it. It is 36 inches which provides lots of room for cooking. If there was anything I would change it would be the steam on the cabinets and microwave that is created when cooking.

Very disappointed in this unit. On a positive note, it does look nice - until you actually start using it, then like all glass/ceramic cooktops they look terrible. The only usable burner is the large one on the right hand side. The middle top burner doesn't get warm enough to heat anything and the "warming" burner (lower middle) doesn't keep anything warm. The two burners on the left are too close together to fit pots/pans on them at the same time, so they can only be used one at a time. Overall, a great disappointment. I can't wait for this thing to die so I can replace it.

We bought this a few months ago. It™™s been great. I have noticed that when using the bridge mode for cooking breakfast it hard to keep both sides of the griddle the same temp. The glass looks so good when it™™s clean but it does take a fair amount of work to keep it clean.

Kitchen gut and remodel and replaced all appliances with professional series. As with all smooth top cook-tops you have to clean them religiously. I have never used the bridge option and wish it had another large burner instead. The front burner is a keep warm only which I didn't realize when I bought it - would have preferred that be a working burner. These were the only options for burners for the 36" version.

So far so good, already called service as the large element was off center. The box wasn't damaged. They came the next day and aligned the element.Our old one, also a Frigidaire professional lasted about seven years before one of the controls went flaky, I am hoping this one lasts a bit longer. So far my wife loves the look and it works perfectly so I am happy with it.

I have had this for two months now. I like EVERYTHING EXCEPT for one thing. The main burner I use already looks old. It has bubbles around the burner and I have cleaned it repeatedly and it will not go away. Otherwise I love all the features like the warming area and bridge .
