We purchased this along with the matching refrigerator. The combination looks fantastic. We have a counter-depth refrigerator/freezer in our kitchen with little space. We ordered the 19 Cu. Ft. Freezer and Refrigerator for the bulk purchases and the space. Both units are great. There is a ton of space (that we filled within the first week). The inside looks great, with lots of shelving options for different-sized items. Changeable water/air filters and ample lighting. I highly recommend these if you are searching for more space, organization, and a classy appeal!

We have been very pleased with this freezer and its matching refrigerator in our office break room, and they have both been a hit with everyone. The internal ice maker is a great feature, producing a nice amount of ice. The spacious shelves provide excellent storage options. We highly recommend this freezer for both kitchens and break rooms.

I do not recommend you buy this freezer the icemaker line freezes up and Frigidaire has no solution to fix it the waterlines in the wall of the freezer and it cannot be repaired. Do not purchase this freezer.

Really liking our new freezer. Only complaint is that the shelves are a bear to move and if your opening isn™™t absolutely perfect the bottom trim bar won™™t sit right on the fridge because it™™s magnetic rather than screw in.

If you buy this product make sure to purchase the extended warranty! Our waterline that runs through the insulation to the ice maker froze and cracked, causing water to leak everywhere! We have had our unit less than two years, and Frigidaire wouldn't do anything about it! When you spend close to $3000 for a freezer you'd expect it to be designed to last and for the company to stand behind their product. If it's after a year they won't do anything, then want to charge you $550 to have someone come out and replace parts, even though Frigidaire is fully aware of the issue, as it is documented in countless other posts now. You'll end up spending closer to $3800 to purchase the warranty.

So far, we love the freezer! We™™ve only had it for about a week, but I really like the amount of storage space it has. I also like the light in there which makes the freezer really bright inside when you open it. Another feature that I really like is the icemaker. It makes perfect ice cubes. We did buy the warranty for five years just in case. So far so good. We are very happy with it and I would consider buying the matching refrigerator when that time comes.

This replaced the older model of the same freezer. This freezer seems to hold much more stuff (better layout) and the icemaker setup is wonderful. We had a problem with the machine when delivered and the retailer was difficult to deal with, but it is corrected now and all is fine. I would recommend this freezer (along with the refrigerator). All of my wife's friends want one of these machines.

We chose the set for our kitchen as part of a rebuild after our house fire. While the freezer is absolutely stunning, it started leaking less than a month into installation causing a flood in our basement. The local service technician was great in getting us a replacement, they unfortunately did not install. The delivery company used to install but as of a week prior to our delivery stopped installing. Trying to call Frigidaire is a complete joke... talking to people who don't speak English, get frustrated and they drop the call. I love the look of the refrigerator and freezer together but it's been nothing but a hassle after hassle.

My 2.5 year-old freezer has been slowly leaking water on to my floor for what seems to be months. Now I have a completely destroyed kitchen floor, a $10k+ black mould problem (which my insurance policy stipulates it will not compensate me for), a freezer with an expired warranty, and a completely non-functioning kitchen. This is in stark contrast with a similar experience I had in my old house. Except I had a Sub Zero fridge and when I called them, they told me that there was a product recall and they covered the cost to have my floors redone. No issues. The repair person on my current fridge said don™™t bother having the ice maker replaced because it™™ll leak again in another couple of years.

But then I found this stand alone refrigerator and stand alone freezer with the trim kit. It is my FAVORITE thing about my home remodel. I purchased this freezer three years ago, and while it worked fine initially, it completely stopped working just after the three-year mark. I reached out to the company's customer service for help, but unfortunately, they were not willing to assist with repairs or even provide guidance on troubleshooting. Their customer service team was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little concern for the issue. I have waited now for 3 weeks to have a technician to come out and make the repairs after several cancellations due to "part being unavailable". After a quick search on the internet, the part is readily available from a number of different distributors; however, Frigidaire would not acknowledge this.A major appliance like a freezer should last much longer than three years, and it's extremely disappointing that the company won™™t stand behind their product. I would not recommend purchasing from this brand unless you're willing to risk buying a product that may fail and receive no support from the manufacturer.

We had this previous model side-by-side tandem, refrigerator and freezer. It went bad and I replaced it with a new one due to our space being a fixed cupboard size. This is a unique size in and of itself. The model has almost doubled in price. Also, to my great surprise, it did not fit in the space provided so they have widened and heightened this model from previous to put together the unit was a disaster. Extremely poor instructions. Unbelievable that a machine Price this much still needs that much time. Spent to put pieces and things and wheels and brackets together. Next time I would rip out my cupboards by the unit I wanted and pay someone to redo my cupboards rather than buy another one of these. The extra trim kit for $700 I can™™t even use as the bottom piece bins out when opening the door on day one. I looked at my sisters and friends same model in both theirs every time the door opens on the fridge or freezer bins this trim unit out as well every time so it™™s a consistent problem not just with me. The manufacturer has to know this , it has not fixed it and it™™s another waste of a large sum of money. One of the drawers came broken in the freezer and when we called to get it replaced, they told us this was not a warranted part and we could purchase a new one for $250 , we did get it replaced free but only after arguing and having to really push the issue which is unbelievable and extremely poor customer service. Never again.

Horrible customer service! My icemaker broke and it was leaking water internally! I had extensive water damage to my brand new kitchen cabinets as well as ceiling damage on my newly renovated basement. Repair service said it wasn™™t fixable and to contact customer service directly because it was an internal issue and that Frigidaire would have to replace the entire freezer since it wasn™™t repairable. I called and the rude woman totally ignored my complaint and flat out told me to buy a new freezer!!!! why would I buy a new freezer when my freezer was working fine it was my icemaker that wasn™™t working. I asked to speak to someone above her and she refused. I am going to contact consumer affairs
