The installer said there™€™s nothing to be done about this. Be aware of this limitation. Also the touch controls don™€™t always respond, which is a bit annoying

This stove really has all the bells and whistles. I love the look of it. Its been preforming well for the week I have had it. But... 2 things that it advertises it is and its not: 1. "Smudge proof" maybe they are only talking about the door??? I glance in the direction of the control panel and its got finger prints all over it. My old Frigidaire Gallery that was 20 years old was more finger print proof than this. 2. Lockable controls. Yes the door and the screen lock, but when purchasing this unit I assumed lockable controls included the knobs. I have a two year old, I would not have upgraded if I knew the gas knobs that are directly in his line of sight can be easily turned on by him. I contacted via chat frigidaire to talk to see if there was a remedy. To see if there were any other units that offered this etc. Only to be redirected to call them, only top be redirected to email them only to be directed to... call them again. They keep saying the same things to me when I talk to them too... yes, its smudge proof... yes the knobs cant be locked.... what a headache. Please frigidaire, do better. Market your products accurately, and get some people who can find helpful solutions to your customers paying thousands of dollars for your products. This will be my last Frigidaire purchase :)

Only had this range about a month. So far so good. Just a few minor things - It is very easy to lean on the knobs and turn on the gas without realizing it. And wish I had known that the lights for the knobs are blinding. If bright lights bother you, this is an issue. The griddle is kind of small, but I love having the option of the griddle or another burner.

The range is built so well! I love the cast iron grates, including the integrated cast iron griddle that easily swaps out for cooking pancakes. There are many cooking modes from which to choose. The only thing I would say could be tweaked is the behind the knob lights. I like having them, but I am short enough that when I cook on the stove top they shine in my eyes. Other than that, love this range!

My new range is very sleek looking with clean lines. While I do like that the bottom drawer does not have a handle sticking out, it is taking a while for me to realize that you can only fit the middle griddle in there as the drawer is very shallow. The burners are easy to clean. The backlit knobs are nice looking however they make it extremely hard to see what setting you have the burner on. I am still learning how to use all the features. The instructions that come with the range are basic so be prepared to do a lot of searching online or just fiddling around. There is an air fry feature but the air fry rack has to be purchased extra. I bought one on Amazon that's dishwasher safe and much less expensive than buying through Frigidaire. All in all I am pleased with my purchase.

It™€™s so pretty! I have had the stove for 2 weeks. Still getting used to how fast the oven cooks, but so far, I love it. A lint free cloth for cleaning the stove is a must. Looking forward to using the dehydrate function. The grates are heavy duty. You feel the air from the oven blowing out from the back vents and the oven fan runs for about 15 minutes after you turn off the oven. It™€™s just a hum in the background, not loud.

I have yet to use the oven, but Thanksgiving is coming up. It™€™s beautiful, love the lighted knobs and clean flames. Easy to clean.
