When you get used to its quirks, it™™s a good dishwasher. ALWAYS use the rinse agent! Dishes do not dry at all without it. Also get used to a long cycle. 2+ hours minimum, 3++ hours to get dry dishes. Does a good job cleaning & is easy to use once you get used to the controls. Overall, would recommend to friends & family.

The dishwasher does a great job cleaning and an impressive job drying. If you select the max dry option expect the cycle to take an extremely long time. When we first got the unit it was leaking at the bottom. I think the door gasket at the bottom was folded so I moved it around and since then there have been no issues.

Purchased to replace a FGID2476SF7A that the start button failed couple of months past warranty. Combined control panel parts cost $400. New dishwasher has much improved start button. Hope MTBF on this unit is acceptable.

This unit is quiet and dishes come out super clean. Different settings for each wash preferences. Plenty of room and compartments. They thought of everything, you have clips for those little items that end up at the bottom. Also, the controllers are sleek and hidden. Yea, I love it.

nd pans on the bottom, with a dozen or more plates. The second level holds my bowls, cups and glassware. The top gives me shiny cooking utensils and knives. It all comes out so clean. This dishwasher is super quiet and quick. I feel like it's such a relief to have everything come out clean! Thank you!

There was an older Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher in our home when we purchased it. The dishwasher still ran but was noisy and did not always get things clean, we ended up replacing with a GE...that only lasted 5 years and had us replacing the circuit board twice...so i finally got fed up and bought this dishwasher. It may be a hair louder then the GE, but it cleans that much better then the other one too. Hoping this Frigidaire holds up like the one that was here when we bought the place!

This dishwasher was a problem from the moment it was installed. A cycle can take 5-7 hours, even with NO dishes (we™™ve tried it because the tech claimed that cycle time was normal because the dishes were so dirty). The tech was extremely unprofessional and talked nonstop about all sorts of unrelated topics. Because of all his talking he ran out of time and rushed to wrap it up. Before he left he said he could tell I didn™™t believe him (not true, I was taking a wait and see approach). He angrily packed up his tools, raised his voice and became verbally aggressive. He said I had wasted his time and he should have instead spent it with his grandson. He marched off without a backward glance. I filed a complaint and asked to speak to a supervisor. Never received a call back. What a surprise, the dishwasher cycle time is still 5+ hours, even empty. We have placed 2 calls for another technician, specifying we did but want the original technician due to his unprofessionalism. We wait all day, appt is confirmed, but each time just moments before he was supposed to arrive he cancels saying there is nothing Bering with the dishwasher. Customer service is some call center in Asia, and while they politely take information they couldn™™t give a hoot and have no authority to do anything. We just put in call 3 and received confirmation that he will be here tomorrow. They can™™t say who ™he™ will be. The biggest frustration is that no one seems to take responsibility and there is no interest by management in responding to complaints. We bought a new Frigidaire convection stove just before the dishwasher but never again will I touch a Frigidaire product.
