This is a very nice refrigerator with two icemakers. We bought it from a local hardware store that didn't install it so we had to remove the plastic covering (a pain) and install the handles (another pain). The freezer handle was especially tricky to install and popped off repeatedly when trying to tighten it which scratched the freezer door. It scratches easily so be careful if you have magnets displayed which we do. Otherwise it is very nice.

A good investment. We had two problems with one of the handles ( a new one sent!) and removal of the lower basket in the freezer. The clips were difficult to remove. A service call was set up with @ Your Service. The tech ( Stephen Lee) was very helpful and informative. The manual is very detailed and can be confusing with the inclusion in it of several different models.

My choice was really constricted due to specific size it had to fit in and be black stainless, with minimal depth. Must have done my homework because it fits perfectly. I like the fridge portion, quite a bit of space, adaptable, and really like the cheese drawer at the bottom of the fridge portion. Bottom freezer not crazy about. Has a 2nd ice maker with a big ice bucket and flat storage on a top slide out shelf. but the bottom of it is 2 cubicles with slanted backs, no way to stack items for convenience. Just 2 open spaces to throw frozen stuff into on top of each other making it difficult to find what you need. That area needs to have a whole lot better design applied to it. The stainless black appears to be somewhat lighter than the stainless black on my earlier purchased Samsung induction range. Its almost like slate.

The refer portion seems colder than my previous side by side™"almost too cold. I LOVE the panoramic view when I open both top doors to browse. I wish the freezer portion was a bit bigger. Overall I LOVE the unit!!!

I really like this refrigerator. I unfortunately had to refuse the first one that was delivered due to bent door hinges & a bent interior drawer encasing. I know mistakes happen, but Home Depot made it right by compensating me for all the inconveniences. And I really appreciate them for doing so!

So far we have really liked this fridge. The dual ice maker is a game changer. The counter depth model gives us more room than I would have thought. Great for a 2-3 person household. The water dispenser on the front is large enough for big water bottles and the handles on the front keep it fingerprint free!

Sadly there is no option for 0 or even negative stars. Nonetheless, this is absolutely the worst appliance purchase I have ever made. As I author this review, I can hear the unit hollowing in the kitchen. If I power cycle the unit, the hollowing noise is resolved but only to return in a few days. Frigidaire™™s customer service has been utterly useless. Just waiting for it to completely fail and then go from there. Be warned, this model is complete trash.

I have only had this for a few weeks but it seems to work well. I love the clear drawers. The only thing I miss about my previous refrigerator that this one does not have is that the water that is dispensed is not chilled. The ice maker works great though!

We needed a counter depth refrigerator in black SS finish to match the rest of our appliances. This was by far the best choice to be had. It is well built and looks like it will hold up very well. We love the ice and water dispensers. There are just a couple things we would change if we could. It reads the set temperatures but not the actual the temperatures, so we added a wireless kit with sensors and a display. Also, the writing for choosing cubed or crushed ice or water is black and very hard to read. Other than that, we love it!

I bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and cannot get ice to come out the door.I have found Frigidaire's website and chat feature to be completely useless. Phone calls (each of which require several minutes of holding - no call back feature) so far are also useless. It seems Frigidaire does not service what they sell, they farm it out to independents. So, they play the blame game. I'm currently trying to get an appointment for the fourth time with the fourth provider{?}.

Love the style and size of this fridge. However the fan is louder than our rickety old fridge and runs constantly. With only 2 people in the house we™™re not in the fridge often enough to require this. Why is the water dispensed from the fridge not cold? After reading the manual it states the water is not chilled. Not sure why a water dispenser on a refrigerator would have been designed this way.
