Quiet, well lit inside, seems fairly well laid out inside. Feels smaller than the GE counter depth fridge I also have and small inside in general. Like the water dispenser inside although it does make shelf design on that door a little funky. Haven't had long enough to determine dependability

Love it. The inside lighting is bright. There is lots of space. Having the ice bin in the freezer draw and the water dispenser on the inside are the main reasons I bought this French Door model. My last refrigerator had these two features on the outside. I hated that ice cubes went flying out into my kitchen and the water dispenser splashed too.

After a couple of weeks, all is running smoothly. I like the way the refrigerator space is configured. Even though this model is roughly the same size as my previous fridge, it seems to have more space. The ice maker seemed a bit slow on the upstart but now is functioning perfectly. I do wish the water from the door dispenser was colder, but apparently, with this design, that is not to be expected. All in all, so far so good.

Install was difficult for unexpected reasons- The anti tip feet prevented the refrigerator from being installed level and needed to be removed (see picture of 3x black bolts on face when freezer open). Alternatively there may have been an issue with the rear casters which are not adjustable. If the rear casters protruded more from the bottom (that would lift the back end of the fridge up) then the front end of the fridge wouldn't need to be lowered as much. - The protective plastic film covering the SS surfaces was perforate about 3mm away from where the SS surfaces went under plastic covers. The film tore at the perforation leaving a tiny amount of film all around the edges that looks awful and was very difficult to remove. It seems like the perforation on the film should have been 1-2mm underneath the plastic covers (see picture near door hinge, plastic is on top door and freezer door)- The front face of the fridge does not seem to be plumb (perpendicular) to the floor (the floor is flat and level, I checked this). This is obvious when viewing the fridge from the side next to a cabinet (which is plumb).See pictures with tape measure in view, there is almost a 25mm (1") difference in the revel of the refrigerator cabinet relative to house cabinet. Note, to get this face more plumb i would need to lower the front of the fridge more (and i already had to remove the anti-tip feet to get the point it's at). - Customer Service was awful. I called about the anti tip feet and rear casters. They put me on hold 16minutes and then hung up. I called back and they said they wouldn't do anything. Very disappointing. The internal fan also sounds like it might be rubbing against something (maybe the plastic cover). It's louder than I would have expected. We've only had the fridge for 1 week so I can't comment on much else.

I have owned this for a little over 1 1/2 years. The first repair had to do with the circuit board not operating correctly. When it was at my home 5 months I left for another location and could not return for over a year. When I returned the refrigerator was not cooling. The first repair technician reported it was a closed system and was low on Freon. It had to be repaired by a specialist. Repairs include finding the leak, new Freon and probably a new compressor. The total repair for the 5 months I used the refrigerator will be (for both problems) over $2500. Of course, Frigidaire makes it impossible to talk to anyone in authority and since the unit is over a year old it is my tough luck. I wish I could have talked to somebody from Frigidaire because now I don't trust any of their equipment.

I really am enjoying this Frigidaire model. I was used to a very noisy medical fridge before. This one makes ice well, has water on the inside, and is really quiet. It looks great, very study, drawers open and close easily. The shelves have metal trim which adds to the sleek look and it has a lot of space for a counter depth. I like the way the freezer space is created as well. No wire baskets and lost space. Would definitely recommend!

The refrigerator in stainless steel fits perfectly in my kitchen. I like the flexibility of the shelves and the space available for this counter depth model. Controls are easy to access and it's well lit. As we don't have a water line, I would have preferred the option to purchase without the filter and water dispenser. Those steal desired space and the reason for not giving this appliance 5 stars

I am very pleased with my new Frigidaire. It runs so incredibly quiet. I love that it is so well lit top to bottom. Plenty of storage including doors. No issues with temperature control and water from the dispenser in the door is always cold. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Love this new refrigerator! Our other brand refrigerator when out and couldn™™t be repaired or replaced. (Only 8 years old and already 3 service repairs, and a high end appliance.). This refrigerator was delivered in 24 hours and looks great in my kitchen. It™™s quiet, cold and fits perfectly in the cabinetry. I™™m very pleased with my new refrigerator. It is easy to access all of my food and keeps vegetables fresher for so much longer than my old fridge. The only thing I don™™t understand is why the water dispenser dispenses room temp water. I didn™™t know this was going to be the case before I bought it. I can just turn on my faucet for tepid water. I was so excited to have this new feature as I am a water addict, but was disappointed in this.

Doors won't align properly so they don't seal 100%at the top center. Spring missing from flip center piece on left door and that piece is not high enough to properly seal at the top, it is very quiet and get more than cold enough on the default settings.

Purchased our Frigidaire 23.3 cu ft to replace our 25 year old 26 cu ft Frigidaire. Although slightly smaller this new unit has a much better layout and actually seems as large as the old unit. We opted for the internal water dispenser and ice maker since we had an external door ice and water dispenser and rarely used it, The style of this unit fits very well into the cabinetry as a counter depth unit and adds style since it matches our other kitchen appliances.

Refrigerator features, functions, and operability are great and we love not having the water and ice dispenser on the front since we never use those features. We did sacrifice some freezer storage space by going with the counter depth size but it looks so much better in our kitchen. Fortunately we have space for a small chest freezer in another room so it works out great for us.

We are enjoying our new Frigidaire counter-depth fridge. There is so much room inside to store our food and drinks, and the customizable shelves make it easier to adjust too. We also love the shape of the ice in the ice maker. The components of the fridge also feel sturdy and look nice, unlike other fridges where shelves and drawers felt and looked cheap. I like the fact there is more depth on the door shelves. It runs much quieter than my last refrigerator. There us also more freezer space because the bottom drawers don't have a drastic slant at the back . It was also recommended to me as a quality product and company. The refrigerator has lots of room in the upper French door sections. They could do away with the divider in the freezer we do not find it helpful. We recommend the refrigerator to anyone looking to buy one. Also the lighting in the fridge is great.
