We absolutely love this refrigerator! The storage in the refrigerator is perfect. We love the water dispenser inside the door. I can't brag enough on the freezer space and the ease to which we can get our ice out. I know nothing is perfect, but this is almost there!

I love the nice big size of this refrigerator. I can fit so much in it compared to my old side by side . I also love the shelf where half slides back so that I can put my milk & tall items there. The door shelves are so handy to put items so they don™™t get lost in the refrigerator & also leaves room for more in the main refrigerator. I do not have water hook up so can™™t comment on ice maker or water dispenser

I've had close to 4 new fridges in my life and this is my favorite so far. The way the shelfs and door storage is set up is to use the space maximally. No more ice machine making a lot of noise, it is very quiet and keeps my food the perfect temperature. I had a tomato from a week ago, figured I have to compost it but no, it was perfect! I love it!!

My previous refrigerator died on Saturday night, I had to scramble on Sunday morning to find a replacement. I checked reviews and Frigidaire is highly recommended in the best product standards. I drove an hour away from my house to bring this refrigerator home. I was easy to install and the best purchase that I have made. Very happy with it. Ice maker is slow, but I used some ice trays to help boost it. After 2 days I no longer have to do that.

Overall a nice fridge. Lots of space, plenty cold. Couple things that bug me: controls on the inside door panel always get bumped when closing the fridge. Also, water dispenser is too high for my kids (7 and 9) to see if their water bottles are full.

We spent a lot of time researching and physically viewing fridges in this category of size. None had everything we wanted, but this one had the most. Strong shelves, a lot of fresh vegetable storage and adjustable temperature drawers, large freezer, no space taken up with water pitchers, through the door ice and water, or small door storage. This is the best we found. It™™s now a few weeks in and the only thing I would change is that the temperature on the inside of the door frame should have a lock, I tend to accidentally touch it sometimes. Overall it™™s a great buy. Oh, and some people complain about the sound of the icemaker priming, it™™s not a big deal.

Good overall, but could be more energy efficient if I didn™™t need to open the fridge to fill a glass with water and lose all that cold air. The compartment for ice is bigger than one needs for a family, (could use that space for the freezer). I have to keep milk gallons on the door (which everyone knows isn™™t the best place), and there isn™™t enough space with the way the shelving is to keep it in the main compartment unless you want to sacrifice a shelf. So overall good but not excellent

Having no outside door access to water & ice is the best feature, here's why. The amount of storage we gained inside both on the shelves and the door is a God send. Drawing the water from the inside edge of the door is easy and even better than our last refrigerator. Getting the ice from a tray in the bottom freezer is also very easy and besides the tray is 10 times+ larger storage for ice than a door access ice been. I think a sturdy Ice Scoop should come as standard equipment. The see-through shelves and drawers was a surprise major benefit as well. It's all about functionality for me. If I were to find an area to improve, it would be a larger (wider) `wall to wall meat drawer. move the water filter. You only need to access it once every 6 months.

Unfortunately this is my third refrigerator in 2 years.the first two had water/ice in the door, but same model, and kept freezing the refrigerator compartment. I had the side by side gallery fridge before (15 years) and had been happy with it, which is why chose another gallery. I stayed with the same model because I like the maneuverability of the shelves and space.Hopefully, I will not have to have this one replaced. Hence™¦. So far so good.

Love having the water dispenser on the inside of the refrigerator to not only keep the outside free of water stains but also just make a much cleaner looking fridge. Having the freezer drawers open fully is also great making it easier to access everything in there.

I will never buy another frigidaire appliance ever again.i have never had marching appliances so when we remodeled our kitchen. I got all new appliances. I am now very sorry i went with frididaire. First within months had problems with stove. 5 stoves later, i am just living with the clock not working. I couldnt take off work any more. Now the refrig the ice maker leaks and is ruining our haed wood floors. Its going to cost at least 800.00 to attempt to f8x it. But after our dealing with frigidaire with our stove we wont be attempting to fix this problem. I am going to buy something that is not frigidaire. They look nice but dont work well.

Owned the Frigidaire FPUS2698LF3 refrigerator from 2013-2024. The logic board and icemaker failed so often that our repairman stocked extras in anticipation of their next visit. When the door dispenser control board failed and the industry no longer had any available for this product we had no choice but to replace the fridge. For reasons even I cannot understand, we chose to try a another Frigidaire.Ordered the GRFN2853AF refrigerator in May 2024. First one arrived damaged and was rejected. Second one arrived in what appeared to be good condition, only to discover after a few days that the freezer door was not installed correctly at the factory so cold air was continually escaping and frost formed on the _outside_ of the freezer door gasket where it wasn't sealing properly. Also, the water to the icemaker was leaking all over the freezer forming frost on its ceiling and it took a day to make one batch of ice. The ice was tiny since not all of the water was staying in the tray. Did I mention that a "spare" screw was found on the floor of the freezer below the icemaker? The warranty technician who inspected the fridge quickly confirmed they could not repair it due to the freezer not being properly aligned with the frame. Thankfully, Best Buy promptly picked up this lemon and issued a full refund.It took eleven years, but we™™ve finally learned our lesson. We will NEVER buy another Frigidaire refrigerator.

Our old fridge died during a heat wave. I wanted a stainless refrigerator with water and ice inside because my research advised this is a common failure with newer refrigerators, and I didn't want to lose space in the fridge compartment for the ice maker. This one fits the bill. The storage on the door for condiments, bottles, and gallons is excellent. Great use of space with the slim lower door shelves - great for jams and kid's yogurt drinks. The trim and lighting is a nice touch. This model won out over other brands because the drawer glides are smooth, and there's no cover on the deli drawer to break with time (been there, done that). The ice maker makes a ton of ice. The size is fantastic; upgrading from a 25 cu ft and a couple of extra cu ft bigger really makes a difference.
