So, next we visited your site and entered the part # and the part was not found??!!! We appreciate how this model fits in our smaller kitchen. We are pleasantly surprised by how much we like the side by side freezer/refrigerator. I find it easier to organize and see everything. It doesn™™t fit wide or really long items, but the need for that in our home is minimal.

It can be loud, especially when making ice. Worse, if you place it next to a wall (a not unusual setup), the door will not open wide enough to allow access to the 2 crisper drawers. Poor design.

This Frigidaire Gallery counter depth model has a much improved ice maker both in function and placement, and the freezer seems to have more space. The drawer and shelves are better arranged also. The temperature settings also seem more accurate and hold the temperature steady even with a lot of opening and closing. The older model freezer did not hold the temperature as steady and the ice cream could be rock solid or soft day to day.The only complaint is locating the water and ice buttons at night in the dark. Unless you leave the light on, you cannot easily locate the buttons and must fumble for them. My experience with the earlier model is that if you leave on any lights on the door they will rather quickly lose some of the led pixels over time and you have trouble telling the temperature or what ever measure is active on the display. Time will tell on this newer model.

In the past 2 years, my kitchen has seen 3 new side-by-side Gallery refrigerators, all with unrepairable factory/manufacturer defects. The last 2 duds have been THIS model (the first was its precedessor which was discontinued and replaced with this model). The most recent installation of this model has had a factory defect since installation, which I thought was just cosmetic. Due to poor assembly, there is a gap/hole which leaks cold air from the freezer and produces condensation and mold! The problem is that gray center divider is uneven and isn't flush with the top lip, so the door doesn't seal properly. Even the white freezer liner was installed crooked. That bright light in my pictures is a flashlight so it's easier to see exactly where the leak is.

I really have no complaints so far about this fridge. I've owned it for a month and everything works as expected. It is smaller than my older Frigidaire Gallery that I moved to the garage. That unit is 12 or 13 years old and still going strong. I hope this one lasts that long.

Refrigerator layout is great, but the control panel stopped working after two weeks - can't change ice type, temperature or select water. It was a challenge to place service call and am still waiting for parts - hopefully the replacement part will fix and we will be able to enjoy the refrigerator

This model matched perfectly what we were looking for in a new refrigerator/freezer. Counter depth was a requirement, but we still wanted at least 22 cubic feet of combined space. The side-by-side is much easier for access, than any other style. The icemaker with external access for ice and water is much more efficient since we can get ice or water dozens of times a day without opening the ice box or freezer. And the crushed ice is a great option. On-door adjustment of temps and other options is great as well. Other styles do not offer all of these features in one unit. As for the brand, we've always gotten great service and long life from Frigidaire appliances, and at much better price points.

So far so good. I bought this model and style after watching and reading several review videos and articles about reliability - both manufacturer and design. Frigidaire came out on top both for price and reliability, and it also helped that I did not have to wait months to receive it. Fits perfectly in its nitch and the kids love the placement of the fruit and vegetable crisper drawers.

I purchased the Frigidaire gallery because of styling and price point with the features that are important to me such as size, counter depth, smudge proof finish, currently available. Unfortunately, I™™ve had a few issues ™" freezer seal not strong and doors were out of alignment. The installers returned and made some adjustments. I™™m hoping the condensation will subside however, the gap between the freezer side and fridge is wider at top then it is at the bottom. I was told that this is typical with this model; however, the showroom model I looked at was not this way.

When I moved to Florida and bought a house three years ago, there™™s already a Frigidaire refrigerator in the kitchen. I was surprised by how good it was in making ice. Because of the hot weather in Florida, it has become essential for me to have ice in my water, juices, and drinks. Now that my parents have followed and moved down here in the Sunshine State, they also bought their own simple abode except it did not come with some appliances such as refrigerator. Without a doubt, they bought a Frigidaire. We even waited and checked the store online for when it would become available because it was a firm decision that we would only buy a Frigidaire brand. It was a good and wise investment.

I like the design and sleek look of the refrigerator but I had a problem initially with the flap on the water dispenser; it did not close tight enough and it leaked down the back of the water dispenser but the service department will replace it since it's under warranty. Also, the bottom drawer of the refrigerator cannot be opened unless the refrigerator door is very wide open. But overall, at this point, I like the refrigerator and I hope it serves me well as time goes by. I would have given a 5 rating but the problem with the water dispenser flap prevented me from giving an excellent rating.

Nice looking. There was a difference in specs from a ™one sheet™ to the factory specs. Overall the specs were hard to figure out for our space (seller wasn™™t helpful there either). One huge concern is that the doors have to be wide open to get to anything in the drawers. Even though the door shelves and refrigerator shelves are adjustable, spacing is a little off.

We are so happy with our new fridge that we have had for the last 3 months. This is our first time getting a side by side fridge since we have always had the ones with the french doors. I am still getting used to it but so far I like the fact I feel like my freezer is more organized since all of my food is not stacked up on top of eachother. We love the fact that it is quiet and the front of the doors do not leave smudges unlike our last fridge. We also noticed that it keeps our food fresh much longer then our old fridge. We love that it has an air filter to get rid of any odor. I would highly recommend this fridge.
