It is so nice having this refrig and it works so well. We had so many problems from the other one since we purchased it in january 2022. It took this long going though wearranty to finally have it replace. Yah for this wonderful refrig.

we have had the fridge for a week now and like the space, it seems bigger than it is. could use another shelf in the fridge door. need to figure out how to level it as the installers did not do that for us. Our last Gallery lasted about 7 years.

We have always been very happy with previous Frigidaire appliances purchases. This will probably be our last. The retailer we bought this refrigerator from had to delivery a different one 3 times due to scratches. The scratches were not caused by the retailer. It was obvious the scratches happened at the factory since the shrinkwrap and packing material had no damage or tears. Another issue with the shrinkwrap.... Obviously at the factory the wrap was put on before the water and ice dispenser panel was installed. No way to get it all off without damaging or scratching the door. I should have looked closer at the reviews of other buyers. Common problem.The next issue....Had the full description of the water dispenser been indicated on the label or on the Frigidaire website I would have not purchased this. I specifically wanted the ice and water dispenser on the door as I have in past purchases. This is the only refrigerator I've had that does not have chilled water dispensed. Barely room temp. This information is only listed in the manual and the buyer does not receive the manual until delivery. I should never accepted delivery and instead purchased a different brand.

I purchased this fridge because I needed a counter depth fridge to replace the one that died. My old fridge was this exact model. The new redesign is AWFUL. The drawers are smaller and the fruit/vegetable bins hit the seal on the door which means I have to pull out the fridge to access the bins. The storage on the door is different too. The bottom one is so narrow it is practically useless. There is only one shelf that is deep, the others are a different size. The freezer is smaller and I do appreciate the ice maker was moved to the left but wish it was completely in the door so there would be another shelf. It is difficult to see how much ice is in the ice maker; you have to pull it out. The ice cubes are smaller and square so they melt quicker. The old freezer made rectangular ice and it was easy to see inside the ice maker. The fridge is loud when the water is cycling through the ice maker. The water is no longer chilled when using the dispenser. I also wish they redesigned the handles to be recessed which would look more contemporary and help with the counter depth space. Note: Don't buy from Lowe's. They did not honor a price change that was $100 cheaper just 12 days after my purchase. Also they did not order replacement fridge storage shelves that were damaged.

Our last refrigerator was slightly larger and was also a French door but was an over under model with a crisper drawer between the fridge and the freezer. However our new fridge actually seems to have MORE space due to the way the shelving is configured. We™™re very happy with the value and quality.

Whoever made this I hate you. The light on the control/display panel randomly turns off and on and makes the most irritating noise. And it is CONSTANT. Like driving people (me) to psychosis. I want everything bad to happen to the manufacturers.

Great dispenser size and no ice flying everywhere. Refrigeration and freezing are a little too good it™™s difficult to prevent food or drink on the upper shelf from freezing, using the standard 0/37 degree settings, if it™™s with 5™ of the upper vent. They do have a sticker saying to avoid items near the vent. But leaving 5™ of shelf space seems a lot. Other than this it™™s great, just realize the upper shelf is not completely useable.

The strange thing is that if we open the freezer side, then close the freezer door and go to open the fridge side it won't open. It's literally as if it is glued shut for about 45 seconds. After that 45 seconds it's back to normal. Wish the shelves had more adjustment and the ice maker takes up too much room in the freezer. We bought a chest freezer for the garage to make up for that shortage of space. Drinks freeze on the top shelf of fridge. Overall, it does a pretty good job for a inexpensive fridge. We found it's better than buying more expensive fridges as they need to be replaced just as often.
