On the positive side, it has a very nice appearance. The smudge-proof stainless steel exterior looks good. The interior of the fridge is very well lit; I can see where everything is very easily. The fridge is fairly quiet most of the time, and I like that it™™s energy efficient. The doors close with a very tight seal and sometimes we have to pull very hard to re-open -- which I think is a good thing. The fridge thermometer I purchased shows the fridge and freezer are working very well. On the negative side, the shelving space seems a bit cramped compared to our previous fridge that was listed at a smaller 21.9 cu feet. For example, the door bins are shorter along their length and are not quite as deep compared to my previous fridge. Another optional shelf for the fridge would have been useful as having two shelves for taller items seems a bit unnecessary. Readjusting their positions doesn™™t really help, so, I™™m thinking of buying an extra shelf. I could have done without the extra bin in the freezer which keeps falling off its rail. Another shelf instead of the bin would have been much more useful and less annoying. Something vibrates loudly inside the fridge whenever I turn the water off at the fridge dispenser or at the kitchen sink. (Perhaps adjusting the water pressure at the sink might fix that.) Now that the ice bin is full, the vibration is not quite as loud. Finally, the fridge side door doesn™™t swing closed automatically on its own very well. The Use and Care guide says ™The doors are designed to shut by themselves within a 20 degree opening,™ but the fridge door seems to need a much smaller opening before it swings closed. I had asked the installer to try to adjust this, but he said this was as good as it was going to get. The freezer door on the other hand closes well on its own. The first fridge that was delivered to us died after one day when the inverter broke down, so the appliance store replaced the fridge using the manufacturer™™s warranty. This required an extra week of waiting. Given this experience, I™™m glad that I had purchased the extended warranty from the store on top of the 1-year manufacturer™™s warranty. The new one has been working fine for a week now. I™™ll probably grow to like this fridge very much once I figure out how to optimize its space. (And if it runs well for many years, I™™ll probably like it even more!) But for now, I have mixed feelings.

Even though it's a 33" as opposed to 36" (necessary due to wall to left of fridge), it is very roomy and easy to get to the freezer, even though it is next to a full wall. Very happy with our purchase.

Less than 2 weeks after buying refrigerator, the Freon leaked out leaving me with melted and spoiled food. Frigidaire Rep tells me that they won't pay to replace my food. Why do I have to pay hundreds for food after paying $1700+ for a bad refrigerator? How is this justified?

After I had to return a Samsung because it would not cool below 38 degrees and the freezer stayed at -14 degrees. Samsung repair said it was OK. I bought this Frigidaire and it cools at 34 degrees. Freezer stays at 0 degrees. I like the way the inside is set up. So far this is a really good fridge. Thanks to Abt electronics and Frigidaire.

I waited over a year for this refrigerator after it was ordered. I have a small space and this was the only side by side refrigerator I could find to fit in the space. Everything is perfect on it. I especially love that ice doesn't spill on the floor when using the door ice dispenser. The ice cubes are also smaller than other automatic ice makers I have used in the past. No complaints here!

Functions well. I wish there was an alarm for when the door gets left open too long. Freezer was packed and didnt close completely, had no idea until i opened it the next day and saw frost and some melting of items. Besides that I'm loving this fridge. It fits perfectly into my small space (older house). Its quiet and keeps food cold and ice production also isn't loud. The stainless Steele cleans easily. Like having 3 draws and filters don't take up much space. Overall happy with purchase.

I bought this as a replacement for 12 yr old Frigidaire Gallery so it would match my other appliances. I love the look of it, but a couple of the features, not so much. You can't adjust the shelves, too much. My other one had brackets every inch or so. This one is about every 6 inches. Also, you can't access the ice compartment without taking the entire bin out. My other one had a door that opened & shut, so you could take out as much ice that you needed or to just shake the cubes up or to see how much ice you had left.

This new Frigidaire side by side replaces my 20 year old side by side Frigidaire. The right door opens against a wall. I discovered the doors on new one are a couple inches thicker and makes getting into the refrigerator noticeably tighter when the door is open. Other than that, it's been running great.

Removing plastic sheeting completely is nearly impossible, really bad that it can't be removed completely around water/ice dispenser. Just less than 30 days after purchase a freezer shelf front edge finisher fell off, they are sending a replacement, was told cosmetic warranty is only 30 days, I barely made it. The posts where the handles attach may have been over tightened since it is dented in there.

I would love this refrigerator if it was the right color. My stove, microwave, coffeepot and all the knobs and pulls on our cabinets are the light stainless steel. I have new cupboards, counter top and flooring and only needed a light stainless refrigerator to complete the kitchen. I now have this ugly dark stainless steel refrigerator. I am so upset.

This is my fifth world pool and I can say that the inside doors shelves are very well made unlike some other Frigidaire refrigerators and also the ice compartment is very easy to read when switching from ice to water.

The refrigerator looks great and has some nice features. However, I can't get past the issue that the door gaskets are coming off. It's on both sides but mainly on the right door (non freezer side) because I use that door the most. I don't know if it's because of how the shipping materials were removed when the appliance was delivered or what. I hope this is covered by the warranty. I will need to call the appliance repair folks again.

Bought this to replace an old GE side by side that worked great except for the ice maker. Wanted the convenience of ready ice cubes so I bought this product. The ice maker on the new side by side stopped working with light use after less than three months. Since the appliance was under warranty, a new ice maker was ordered and took months to come in. It was installed by the service man and now this one stopped working. I have had the appliance only seven months. If I had to continue to ice ice cube trays, I would have saved the money and stayed with my old reliable GE. The design on the Frigidaire is attractive but I find the food freezes often in the refrigerator even under a lower setting. So very disappointed with this purchase. Let™™s see if the manufacturer cares about customer satisfaction.
