We replaced an 1100w unit and are pleased the 1000w preforms quite similar. The button layout makes time and cook selections rapid and intuitive. The addition of an air fryer is highly pleasing. It is great we can now get rid of the countertop fryer taking up space.

The features have not worked correctly since day 1, damaged parts {air fryer, turn table spindle} wont go to the temperature to convection cook, wont broil, wont go temp to air fry, wont reach temp to bake/roast - parts unavailable according to Manufacture- supposedly going to replace but have not sent the authorizations for that to happen- so I have a Very Expensive thing that can warm my coffee.

On day one, I used the microwave function for 4 minutes and then the air fry. It was 1/2 way done with the air fry when everything just died on the microwave.I have contact both Frigidaire and the reseller (AJ Madison) and after a week, nothing has been done and I am left without any microwave or resolution in sight.

There are 2 things I do not like . The preheating for airdrop and once microwave on no way to lower time cook only a plus to add time. On th positive it is large enough to cook not just heat. The choices to cook with air/convection/ microwave is a plus.

We replaced our microwave with the new 1.9 Cu. Ft Frigidaire Professional Microwave after much comparison, research and personal choice. It doesn't get much better than this product. On the high end of price however worth every penny. Stainless steel interior fits with our lifestyle of clean eating and this microwave does it all. On top of everything else it has amazing curb appeal and looks stylish and beautiful. We would have never been this satisfied if we chose any other.

I never thought I™™d need an air fryer/convection/microwave, but it™™s pretty great. My favorite feature as a 6™™4™ dad is being able to keep pancakes and french toast warm when I make breakfast for the family. No more bending over to the oven! Microwave and fan function at a much quieter level than our previous ™contractors special™ microwave that sounded like a diesel generator threw a rod.

This new microwave is SO Much better than the old one we had. First of all it has a huge amount of space inside and will accommodate large pans. It has air fry and convection which expands our cooking capabilities. The exhaust fan works VERY well and the light over the range below is more than sufficient. We are very please with our purchase

Purchase this microwave a little over 2 months ago. It now trains the breaker whenever we open the door. Contacted customer service who scheduled an appointment for the following day. The date of service comes and I received a call from a 3rd party repair company who said the appointment won™™t be until the end of the week. I called customer service back and advised them that this was not acceptable. They then sent out a different 3rd party repair company. The individual showed up and did a couple of tests and says ™I think it may be this but I™™m not sure. I will have to order the parts™ I asked how long will that take. His response was a week and then we will set up another appointment to come back. This is a brand new top of the line unit that Frigidaire makes. Never again will I buy another one of their products.

Do not buy this microwave! This cost almost $1000 and broke after a little over a year. The front electric panel went out. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with customer service, they would only replace the part and still caused me to pay for the labor and technician costs. I have been told by multiple people that their customer service is awful and unfortunately this situation, has confirmed what I was told. I encourage you all to buy your appliances from any other brand, but Frigidaire or electrolux. They also could not redirect me to a higher manager. I was only able to go up one level.
