I have a very small space and I was expecting the dryer to be the same size has my apartment washer/dryer but this has an amazingly large drum and can hold so much more. I don't know how they've done this. It also dries in 1/3 of the time.

When set on cotton it only completely dries if you set it to extra dry. We have given up using any of the sensor modes and now simply use a timed dry. So much for energy savings. And the dryer doesn't get very warm so it takes a long time for clothes to dry. The other beef is despite the instructions, there is no way to turn off the chimes when it's done drying

Purchased this unit from Lowes and when the unit arrived they only dropped the boxes off and did not set up. After connecting the dryer and starting our first load is was making a terrible sound as the drum rotated we called service and were told that the drum was bad and had to be replaced and the parts would not be available until mid August.

So far, so good! The dryer is quiet. I love that is senses the moisture left (I can hear it temporarily shut off when it does), and all of the various settings are helpful. It's the perfect size for the compact space I have for the washer and dryer. Overall, I'm pleased!

I did a thorough read of the reviews online, and I have to say I was forewarned. Many of the reviews stated that the device showed up broken, or worked for only a cycle or two then quit, etc. Our dryer arrived and while it works, the plug in the back of the dryer used to plug in the washer is deffective - so... you guessed it... the washer doesn't work.

It's an average machine at best. It looks the same and works the same as my Samsung dryer. It plays the exact silly chime when the cycle is over.
I think the slap a name on it like GE and we think it's a better unit. It's not!

They are perfect for limited spaces. I love that we are able access the units separately and easily. They were easy to install and they run quietly. They look fantastic and give our place an updated and modern appeal. There are several cycles to choose from. This dryer is exceptional. It drys faster than the washer cycle. That is a first for me. In all my other washer-dryer combos, the dryer is always the slow one, taking twice as long as the washer. This unit has a sensor that turns the machine off when the clothes are dry, or allows you to run it as long as YOU want. But, in every case, whether towels, jeans, blankets, or other things that typically BALL UP in the dryer, this unit does the trick. Very happy with this tumble dryer.

Unable to dry anything in a reasonable amount of time, even while loaded with a single item. The dryer is 3 months old and is now down for repair. Apparently, the heating element relay is bad, that is back ordered. After 3 weeks of dealing with this, we might have a dryer that technically works, but will not dry anything. Lowe's will only take returns not this product, after that, your stuck dealing directly with GE, which is not good.

I had a stackable unit before and the size of the dryer was a little too small. This dryer is a little larger. I can dry up to six bath towels with no problems; usually within 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this dryer if you have a limited amount of space!!
