I'm so disappointed with this dryer. It doesn't have the sensing option like my old whirlpool dryer did. So when you pick a setting it goes that amount of time and shuts off. Everytime I open door to grab clothes they are still damp feeling. Miss my old sensing dryer!!!!!

We love our GE dryer, it dries our clothes in about half the time, if even that. It saves power and our clothes aren't scorched, they're just the right amount of dry. It looks modern, I love it. My only gripe is the sound of the cycle complete is not loud enough, but the wifi app makes up for it.

This dryer is from the future! It knows exactly how long it needs to run for everything in the load to dry. It has multiple settings which are spot on for each job and did I mention that it can talk to your phone. It's the most amazing thing in my home by a longshot.b

Blows our old whirlpool dryer (only four years old) out of the laundry room! Our old dryer underperformed and was "Top of the line" supposedly. The Whirlpool took three times as long to dry anything. Honestly, we've kind of wanted it to fail.

It drys great, All of the drying settings are great. It looks great. Clothes come out almost wrinkle free. However, when delivered, it made a horrible knocking sound when spinning. Luckily it was under factory warranty. I had a real GE tech out the following week. He got the noise reduced by 70%. However, he had to order parts on back order to finish the job.

Dryer installed by Appliance Store 6/2/22. It was making a high pitched noise. The repair tech showed up 6/21/22, knew what was wrong. Because the washer and dryer are stacked, he needed to return with a helper. I received a phone call 6/22/22 informing me it would be easier to just swap it out for another new dryer and make repairs to the original in their shop. 6/23/22 they swapped out the dryers, and now it sounds like a new dryer should - quiet. Thanks GE and Deranleaus TV and Appliance, Lewiston, ID.

I originally order a different brand W/D pair. I felt compelled to continue to read reviews and fortunately, I was able to cancel the 1st order and order a GE instead. Just installed today and I am washing my 1st load. The washer is really stunning. The controls are straight forward and easy to understand.
