The washer works fine, we wanted them on the GE pedestals but the reviews on the website are so horrible and GE doesn't even carry them any more! Are they backordered? I don't want to try to buy another brand in case they don't fit. The washer and dryer really need to be elevated to get laundry in and out! I will like them much better when we have pedestals.

My first front load washer, I like all the features. The installer flipped the door opening and I am in process with my first load. I like that I can add 3 gallons of water for clothes that are extra dirty. I am not sure I will use the WiFi feature. I don't really anticipate monitoring my washing and drying remotely. Since you need some way to put clothes in and take them out it will be an experimental feature until I find a purpose for it.

This is certainly a 5 star appliance. Easy to use, notifications for when my load is done and another if it's been a while since it stopped. And the stackable fit nicely into my small one bedroom.

This machine vibrates too much during the spin cycle. And it is loud. Unfortunately that is so far what I don't like about it. My house is shaking! I got rid of the other front loader that was over 25 years old because of this reason. :(

this has been a horrible purchase. my mother bought this brand new and hasnt worked since we got it to her house!!! 1st service call was booked was a no show. second one done a week later says they no longer make that part for a brand new washer. we have now had it for 3 weeks and yet to use washer!!!!!!!!! have spent over 20 hours on hold in the last 2 weeks with no answers from ge. will be contacting BBB next. at this point they have a 75yr old woman going to laundry mat each week taking wet laundry up steeps since her dryer still works. this is horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have problems with water appearing in drum when not in use. It's not that it didn't drain completely the last time I used it, just all of a sudden I open it and about 2 gallons of water is sitting in drum. Also at beginning it leaked, but has not leaked since. It also makes noise when it is turned off and has been used in awhile and I have to go and turn it on and cancel it. Not sure how much of these problems is product and how much was installation, but a GE representative will be taking a look at it soon and repairing whatever needs to be fixed. On the flip side, It looks very sleek!

This machine is so nice. This is the first front loader that we've had that has a "soak" cycle. I've always preferred top loaders for that reason. This one also has a "self clean" feature that you run every 40 loads or so to keep the machine fresh as new. This one is a game changer & didn't break the bank
