Fridge was bad upon delivery, fan motor bumper missing and creating a LOUD clacking noise. 30 days later part came in and installed, Ever since HAIER took over GE the product has gone down the toilet. Now I know why this model was the only item in stock.

We do like this refrigerator for its look and interior is all we need. I like the see threw crispers and butter section, which I never had before. We were restricted to size of our frig and all and all this is pretty good except that it is noisy when the motor kicks up. Its something you learn to get used to.

We bought this as a replacement for a 2nd refrigerator for our laundry room. It fits our needs perfectly. No issues with quality this far. We like the black exterior color. I got this fridge because mine died Labor Day weekend, I have an old house so narrow doorways and it was in stock- a big feat after the pandemic delaying all appliances. This is fridge is nothing fancy. It literally keeps your stuff cold and that's it. It's not gorgeous to look at. The interior shelves are wire there isn't even a cheese drawer. I got some fridge organizers and it's been fine. It does it's one job super well though and it's been reliable and energy efficient. That's all I'm asking of it anyway. It'll eventually move to the basement for our overflow fridge but for now it's doing it's job.

This is by far the worse fridge I've ever owned. Bar none. The motor sounds like a plane trying to take off. The lighting is almost non existent with LED's you can't even replace. Why not a bulb? Why tiny little LED's attached to the main board? Even worse, this page actually brags about them! Like they are a good feature. One of the drawers can't pull out because the fridge door is too thick and can't open fully unless you have 180 degree clearance for the door. The black finish scratches so easily, this thing will be silver in a year. I really needed a fridge quick. Shame on me for trusting this brand. I will never buy this brand again.

I've had this appliance for 3 months and all I hear is a loud, grinding motor sound. Ice crystals forming on items in the freezer. I had a similar Hotpoint for 11 years and never had a problem. I find it ridiculous that I have to get a repair of a fridge only 3 months used.

This refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for -- no bells and whistles, just a solid GE product. My rating of good rather than excellent stems from; a) no egg tray in the door, b) refrigerator door could use one more shelf at the bottom, and c) the door doesn't stay open where you "leave" -- it continues to swing wide without stopping (if that makes sense).

It's perfectly simple. No ice maker. No whistles and bells. It's a simple design that is quiet, functional, and holds a lot for it's overall size. The backside is covered with a sheet metal panel that protects the coils and keeps them clean. The lighting is bright LED and the interior is bright white. The drawers look sturdy enough and the retainer bars in the door do, too. It costs less than $1 week in electricity to operate and it's made by an AMERICAN company!

We bought this refrigerator from Lowe's We were very excited as we were able to get it delivered within 5 days for my new kitchen.. Unfortunately it was so loud the noise carried into our bedroom so we unplugged it and called Lowe's in the morning to come pick it up.
