It is a tad narrower than my Whirlpool fridge that failed after less than 6 years. But height and depth are the same so it's spacious. Nice large door shelves. Lowe's delivery crew was very good. The unit cooled down quickly.

This GE refrigerator is the perfect size for the space we have. We are using it as a second refrigerator and have it in our laundry room. It's narrow build fits just so in the space we had available. It's Energy Star compliant so it's easy on electricity too. Very happy with our choice!

When product arrived last year, fan made a noise. Had to have GE come out and adjust. Repairman was efficient, though not terribly cordial ( another issue of course). Unit regularly goes down if items get too close to vents in freezer. Of course airflow is necessary, but I imagine the efficiency is so tight that there is little margin of error. Now the freezer is cold and appropriate and the lower chamber (fridge) is only getting to 50 degrees. We have two months left on warranty and will have to call them out again. Gaskets are clean and fine. No dirt or ice apparent. Really a frustrating unit so far. Will consider another brand in the future if this continues to be a chronic headache.

I bought this refrigerator in July 2020. After a short time, it became louder and louder. Now 18 months into owning it, it has ratcheted up the noise a lot. Now whenever it runs, I can hear it grinding. Spend your money on another brand. I wish I had.

The clip for the freezer fan came loose. Made a lot of noise. Still not able to get the tape on crisper drawers off. Door handles freezer and refrigerator are not even where doors meet refrigerator door is off to one side. Freezer door casing is above refrigerator box.your repair man Lenny is really good!

Freezer chilled to zero in 90 minutes and has held there. Refrigerator cools slowly, perhaps cautiously, 5 hours post-installation only reached ri, so turned it down and it's dropping now. Quiet unit.

Operationally, it works. When compressor is running, it is way too loud even though it has cabinet walls on both sides. Reviews warned me of the noise, but I was confined to a certain size.

I am very pleased with this fridge; it replaced my GE fridge of 17 years that was becoming very noisy and running constantly. In regards to other posts about how noisy this fridge is, in comparison to the horrible noisy compressor on the old one, this is bliss! Yes it is a bit noisier than my friends fridges, but those are bigger than this model. All in all I recommend this fridge. It is keeping food under 40° at setting 3 and is operating perfectly. I like the smooth handle, as the old fridge had textured one that I couldn't keep clean. I gave it 4 stars because of the wire shelves. But for the price and availability I can live with that. The fridge with glass shelves was not available. I have space limitations in my tiny house, and other brands do not have smaller fridges. GE delivers in that aspect.
