The vents in the freezer are placed so that food storage blocks them! Half of my freezer remains unused to keep the vents free. I'm only 4'11" but have to bend at the waist to take things out of the fridge. To reach things in the back I must get into a full yogic squat or even kneel on the floor. The freezer's door handle protrudes just right to hit you on the top of the head when you're finished using the fridge. I've nearly knocked myself out twice in the two months I've had it. If I'd seen this fridge in person, I never would have ordered it.

Good for the price and the freezer section is larger than I thought but the refrigerator interior could be colder. I have to leave it on the max 5 setting to keep everything cold and not spoiled.

the door shelves are nice and hold a variety of items. the wire shelves are better than i thought they would be, as i haven't had any issues with water bottles falling over as mentioned in other reviews.
freezer and fridge seem to keep the correct temp. the only issue is the noisy air tower in the freezer section. the vibration is very loud around 5 pm every day. this seems to be a common enough issue that GE put a piece of foam between the air tower and the freezer rack to try to quiet the issue. i guess the pressure from the rack is suppose to hold the air tower in place. i think a couple of screws would have worked better.
overall it works good just a little too much noise.

Temperature and quiet operation seem to work well. It is a good size for the two of us. Base model with wire shelves, but lacks an extra small drawer for small items. Looks nice in black.

Very nice refrigerator! Upon delivery it was found to have a dented upper door and some bowing! Taken back and within a week another was delivered! Replacement was Handled quite nicely! Appearance is attractive, runs quietly and an added ice maker works well! Spacious interior. My only con is the wire shelves which should be changed to glass
