I like the size of this microwave and the power but I don t care for the wi fi feature . I like a basic microwave to heat up food and beverages nothing fancy . I find that the buttons are impossible to see the writing is too dark and this microwave seems to get stuck and won t operate it freezes . This is very annoying

The product came well-packaged and was protected - nothing was broken or loose and all protective films were in place. The microwave requires minimal clearance for proper operation, which is great if you have low cabinets like mine. I tested it with a cup of water, and it ran quietly and smoothly. The buttons are easy to press and the chime is not annoying.

Microwave is great and was easy to setup with WIFI. The only issue I have is that the door is misaligned and it annoys me every time I look at it. Higher rating if the door was flush top and bottom.

I bought this microwave because of the Alexa feature it has. But it does not work. I have asked Alexa multiple times to heat things up in the microwave and it always says she doesn't have that feature. And also the door has to be slammed for the microwave to turn on. Otherwise there's an alarm that says door and it won't work. I'm not able to return the items since I already threw the box away so I'm stuck with it.

Pandemic-caused shortages made the replacement of my previous microwave oven very difficult. While I like the size and power of this model, I have no use for the Alexa/Google Home integration. I like to enter an exact time, not use presets. It's a bit cumbersome to hit a button first before entering the time.

Small and compact is what we needed and it fits the bill perfectly. Alexa integration took a bit of wrangling but works well now. I put the water for my tea in there the night before and setup an Alexa skill to start the microwave when I get up.

this is the third microwave of this model that we bought. the first two were defective, and had to do a warranty claim on. when the door was closed, the turn table would continue spinning and the light would remain on, but there would be no heating. it would continue spinning until the door was adjusted to be registered as closed. if it weren't patched correctly, the table would spin endlessly (30 minutes was the longest we let it spin before we realized it was still going) if this is happening to you, just press down on the top right of the door to secure the latch so that it is registered as closed.
aside from all of those problems, we like this microwave. it is a little louder than most, but the ability to link it to a smart device makes it worth it. if you are in a rush, don't have enough hands, or are making a late night snack and can't see the keypad in the dark. overall, even will all of the hassle I would purchase again. ge's warranty team was easy to work with
