I've had a oven for about three years. I absolutely love the large capacity. I jokingly tell my family we could cook a small turkey in there! A feature I really appreciate is having the ability to set my timer and STILL be able to use my cook functions at the same time. My husband is a faithful user of the "add 30 sec" feature. I think he must factor it automatically into his cook time equation. Overall it's been a welcome, helpful and workhorse addition to our kitchen. We see a long and happy relationship with this baby.

This unit replaced the microwave that was installed by the builders, 17 years ago. No one realizes ho w often a microwave gets used.

We had a really old microwave and wanted to replace it with something newer that had a turn table. I love how easy it is to use and the fact that it has a turn table. This model will beep to let you know that you've left something in the microwave, which is nice, especially when you get side tracked. We're finding that our food is cooking quicker too. It is easy to understand and works very well. Unfortunately it is loud and sounds like an airplane taking off. Also when the door shuts it wakes people up on the other side of the house. I was unable to hear it work in the store and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have purchased it had I known how loud it was.

Unbelievable that I can't replace the bulb myself!!! Purchased this microwave in June, 2019. The interior light bulb burned out yesterday, and I learned that the bulb is not customer replaceable-a tech must do it. GE certified techs start at $109.99 for a house call, then possible additional charge for parts, i.e. the light bulb. That is amazingly expensive for a bulb replacement THAT I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO MYSELF!! There are two adults that use it, so there isn't excessive use to have the light burn out so quickly. I gave it 3 stars because I really do like the microwave.
