We purchased this Profile stove as a replacement for a 15 year old GE profile. The old stove came with a warming drawer and five burners with a griddle. So very similar. However- the quality of the old stove was much much better. The grates on the cooktop were heavier, the whole stove felt solid.
The new stove cooks well, but it seems flimsy. For example, when you press on the control panel the whole back support moves! The drawer is awful- it does not slide in well and we needed two replacements before it came unwarped, unscratched, and not dented!
The oven and broiler also put out a lot of heat. Our old oven did too and all so, but this is ridiculous- you can feel the heat in the entire kitchen as soon as the oven or broiler are turned on.
So sad that quality is compromised in all appliances - they seems to be made to be replaced every five years. I am sure this stove won't last 15 years like our old one. We have had it less than a month. We will see how it does in a year.

Had this stove for 3 months now. I must say, it performs excellently. The oven pre-heats really fast and it bakes beautifully. The air fryer, I'm still afraid to try. Love the dedicated burners; I'm just used to the boil/simmer side being on the right side. I'd recommend it.

I had to replace my 25 year old GE range and this was the closest I could find to it. I like a lot of the features with the new range but I must say the timer "chime" is really not loud enough to hear if you are in another room. The tech who installed it set the oven on bake for about a half an hour per the instruction manual There was only a slight odor and I thought it was good to go. A couple of days later I used the air fryer. My goodness the smell from that was awful! We called for service to check to make sure there was nothing wrong with the unit. The tech said that there was a part missing and he would order it for us. There were also some scratches on the unit that came that way from the factory. QC must only check for major damages and allows paint chips and scratches pass.

Since my old range of 32 years (GE also) pooped out it was time. I love the air fry feature on this range. The food turns out extra crispy. The burners are either the same BTU's or better than my old one. I still have my storage drawer on the bottom for my cookie sheets and pizza pans. Love the broiler in the oven rather than in place of my storage drawer. I couldn't believe some brand ranges offered the broiler under the oven. Who the heck wants to cook pretty much off the floor? Not me.

I'm extremely disappointed that this range does not come with the accessories needed to properly air fry. Not only are the not included, there ARE NO accessories available from GE. I've had to buy accessories from other manufacturers, and buy separate trays to catch drips.
Who thought this was a good idea, and who approved not designing accessories to go with a feature?
This is like selling a bike, but not having wheels to go with it.

We've only had the range for a few weeks, but it is so much better than the cheaper range we had before. The only bad thing we've run into, is there was an intense plastic off-gassing smell the first few times we used the broiler. Really intense and bad smelling! Other than that, great power from the burners, and the oven, and all of our food is cooking way more evenly than our previous range.

Works great install hit bumps though. Converted to LP, all needed parts were there. The instructions did not include how to remove the oven door but u-tube videos covered that. I wish there was a paper copy of users manual with it.

This stove has all the features we were looking for. Convection and air-fry, a center griddle, in-oven broiler so the drawer is free for storage. We've tried the no preheat air-fry and it works great, made some good baked potatoes! The griddle is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, and it's a bit crowded to use it and have a skillet going on the burner at the same time, but doable. So glad we have this in our kitchen!

Our old Kenmore gas range gave up the ghost at age 13, and pandemic supply issues forced what I thought an un-ideal purchase of this range, mostly because it was available.
That said: this thing is a Bear! The oven heats faster, all the burners are powerful (the simmer one can be turned down enough), and the thing cooks great, which is what I care about.
However, the fit and finish are less than ideal, and the overall "look" more "upscale rental apartment" than pro-kitchen. But the thing works great, and you get what you pay for.

Range arrived as promised. Was so excited. It has all the bells & whistles. Griddle was chipped. Range could not be leveled. Did receive new range. I am very happy with it. Like everything else today the quality is much different than my old range. Especially the metal casing that Encloses the range and bottom drawer. I love my new stove..was skeptical about all the features at first with air fryer, convection, griddle ect as I am an older purchaser but everything is easy to use. Haven't tried convection yet but will do so in future.
