We purchased this dishwasher and at around the 18-month mark, it quit washing dishes. The repairman advised that we need a new circuit board to the tune of around $400. He actually recommended that we just buy a new dishwasher and that we choose a different brand. Not exactly the glowing review I was hoping for. The warranty expired at 12 months and none of the parts are covered beyond that. Very disappointing for a dishwasher that is supposed to be top-quality from GE.

Waited several months for this dishwasher but it was worth the wait. Minimal rinsing required and the dishes come out squeaky clean. Extremely quiet. You cannot hear anything. Highly recomended.

This was a special order and in the fun times of Covid we were pretty much stuck with this or nothing. With that said, had I got my hands on this before purchasing we would have been better off with nothing. Cheap, Cheap Cheap! And not the price of almost $1,100. The trays are light and roll out like lumber wagons, not smooth at all. If the job of dishwasher is to get the dishes clean, this one fails miserably. Could not be more disappointed.

The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and drying and does it more quietly than I ever would have imagined. My lone disappointment, one that is significant in that it will impact every load for the life of the machine, is that the number of dishes and glasses, etc. is far smaller than my prior machine. Additionally, the design of the racks makes loading a bit of a challenge as things just don't fit comfortably.

The dishwasher has an incredible sleek design (pocket handle.) It is quiet and the wash cycle is customizable to your needs (even wash just 1 level if you want to.) We especially loved the water jets under the utensil basket and bottle jets on the top rack.

It looks great and I love the control panel on top, but we've had a lot of issues with the soap dispenser, and now the heater isn't working. It's only 8 months old, used about every other day except when we have company. Of course it quit drying over the holidays when we needed it the most.

We have only had it for 24 hours and done two loads but...it puts our old Bosch to shame and we thought it was great until the water pump impeller disintegrated! This unit is so quite we thought it failed to start the first time we used it! In addition what you have done with the bottle jet devices, the utensil slot area, the ability to select either up, down or both, and the steam sanitizer option are brilliant ideas. Keep up the good thinking and design engineering. It's kind of early to declare but she loves it and as an electrical engineer I'm impressed...AND It's made in America! :-))

I can put greasy silverware in the rack and it comes out spotless. I hardly rinse my dishes, just scrape of major food, and my dishes are washed to perfection. And so quiet that you don't believe it is really working until you see the led light that says "Washing". This dishwasher saves me time and energy. I love it.

When loading the bottom rack, if I put in a baking sheet that is normal size, it stops the water sprayer for the middle rack from spinning and cleaning effectively. It does clean glasses and silverware spotless. Overall, if I make sure that the water sprayer has room to spin it is great.

The interior of this dishwasher is roomy and offers great flexibility. It is surprisingly quiet when running. I find we can even run it during the day and not be disturbed on conference calls. My only disappointment is the third rack. I was excited for this extra space, but removed it after just a couple weeks as the majority of our water bottles wouldn't fit in the top rack without the extra 'head room'.
