This washing machine is PERFECT! We got it in February of 2022 and not only does it have tons of features but they all work exactly how they're supposed to. The set up/installation was a breeze, there have been no leaks, standing water, or other issues of that nature, and we love that it has options to personalize what you are putting in your laundry. Our only complaint is that the fabric softener cup tends to hold water after washes and it doesn't seem like something we can avoid. Also, we LOVE the glass top!

This machine is more complicated than my 13 y.o. front loader it replaced. I am still learning how to use it most efficiently. I live alone and dont have large loads so I combine clothing types. Tub is so deep I can barely reach the bottom and I am not short! I usually add more water and an extra rinse since the first load I did left soap residue on the clothes. There is so much to learn with this machine!

I had to change my old appliances and picked this washer at first I noted the washer is not fully draining the clothes, I thought it was just too much clothes. But once it kept happening even with smaller loads I realized it's the machine. I just changed the olds ones which didn't give me this issue now I'm stuck with this problem having to hand drain the clothes is annoying.

Just bought the washer and drier, not pleased. No mater how large a load the water level is at the low load level. It bangs when started. The drier buzzer is so quiet it can't be heard. Wish I never would have purchased, pent all this money and not happy!! I am going to stop at the place I purchased and see what they can do.

My family owned an older whirlpool washer and dryer that lasted over ten years. We had intentions of sticking with whirlpool but heard great things about GE appliance. We are very pleased with the switch and love the washer. I love that it still comes with an agitator. Our clothing is clean and fully rinsed. I would suggest that any clothing items that have decorative buttons or vinyl lettering/designs be turned inside out before washing. That agitator does it's job well but buttons and vinyl designs are no match for it. It's also bulky enough to wash a load of sheets with comforter in one load. We love the features, it's performance, and all for a great price! We bought ours during the Presidents' Day sale. The sales representative at Best Buy told us all part are American made and last just as long as our older whirlpool washer.

The last washer We purchased was 20 years ago and they wash different now. Takes some getting use to the difference bells and whistles. I wish there were more videos on the operations on GE website. Uses less water when washing clothes and the agitator operation is very different. Overall works good after you learn how to use it.

I Love my new GE washer. I get notifications on my phone 5 min before it's done, when it's done and then 30 min after if I was busy and forgot to take it out at the time. I never have to waste water because of set water levels, it has a sensor for that. Very large capacity for anything I need to fit. My husband and I both love this washer and all the different features. I would recommend this washer 110% You can also pause the washer and add a garment, I know a lot of washers won't let you do this anymore.

Happy with our new washer. Similar to other reviews, it is a bit loud but that isn't an issue for us. Washes clothes great, has very fast cycles, tons of room for bulky items, and the WiFi app is great for reminders of when cycles finish. The color is sleek too so they look nice in the laundry room. Very happy with our upgrade.

I searched and reviewed 20 different washing machines and finally settled on this GE because I want it to FILL WITH WATER! I don't want the washing machine to tell me what it thinks I need water-wise, I want the drum to fill and this one does...almost to the top! I did a happy dance the first time I used it! As for the rest of the washer, it performs as expected...ample washing options, fast wash cycle, a little louder than expected, but nothing that bothers me and probably only notice it because i read that in reviews from others. The spin cycle set on max is major fast....clothes almost come out dry when it done! I also love the app connection...tells me when cycle is almost done, can control (start/program/etc) from the app...didn't think I would use it...but I do.
Overall, after all my research this is what I purchased and 100% happy with decision. Highly recommend!

I am loving the 4.9 tub. I don't like that new washers give you half the amount of water, but this one has a great deep fill option. It can add an extra 3 gallons or fully fill the tub. I do wish it was quieter but its not like its super loud. I also wish the normal cycle had the option to use the deep fill. Its available for all other cycles why not that one too. I have had an old style washer for many years so this new ge is a learning experience.

Despite the washing machine being louder than the previous washer we had, it still cleans our clothes well. I love that it has the quick wash cycle so you can wash something in under 20 minutes. It's nice to see the clothes through the door. The door doesn't slam shut if you ever accidentally bump it, it slowly closes. I hope it's a long lasting product. I plan to buy a dryer that either matches the washer or that looks similar.
