Cooler operates within the temp. settings. However, it has a loud whining noise whenever the unit's compressor starts up. Contacted GE Customer Support Services and was advised that since the unit operates as designed (?), I have to get used to the noise. We added this GE profile series wine fridge in our renovated kitchen, it gave it a nice upgraded look. We are able to organize all our drinks from cans to wines and keep them at the perfect temperature. It is a must for drinks, better temperature control over a regular fridge for your favorite drinks!! The positive also is that you make more room in your fridge for other things now.
I wish we got this earlier, but never to late! great addition to our kitchen.

I've had the wine fridge for about a month now and it is incredible. It's my first "professional" wine fridge with my previous ones being small fridges with less capacity. It makes 0 noise, temps are perfect, and it looks stunning. The stainless steel looks like high quality and the wood drawers feel smooth. If you are looking for a high quality fridge that a wine professional would use, this is it. They did a stand up job making this appliance and I highly recommend it.

The wife and I got into wine and quickly needed a proper place to store it. After looking around, we ended up on this unit. Its top notch. It runs quiet and easily fit under our counter. The dual zone allows us to store both our whites and reds at proper temperature, which makes a huge difference. The shelves slide in and out for easy access and the unit has a light inside to help see. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone who drinks wine and is looking for the right option for storage.

I really love my GE Profile Series wine center. It holds 44 bottles and has dual-zone temperature controls which you can adjust to your liking. I used the recommended temps and I thought the wine was at the perfect temperature. It can be free-standing or installed under the counter. I currently have it free-standing and it looks great but will have it installed under the counter soon. It fits right in with my other appliances and looks great. It has an interior light and an alarm if the door is left open. It also runs quietly. Very nice quality wine center.

I got this GE profile series wine fridge for my new home and I absolutely love it. Has a beautiful design. Works better than any other one I've had in the past. Holds all of my favorite wines. I really like that I can keep red and white in it and they are at the perfect tempature every time.
Now I'll be able to have a nice cool glass of wine on a hot summer day.

I have never owned a wine fridge before. Love this. It has two temperature zones which is great for both reds and whites. It holds ample bottles (it is large so make sure you have the space) and has a nice modern, sleek and fresh look. I have it out in an open area. If I had a bigger kitchen I would install it under a cabinet. Seems to be a great product thus far!

This wine refrigerator is built like a rock - a good looking rock! It's a little heavy, but that's no issue once installed. It has a very high quality finish. Wooden trays are perfect for wine bottles, no clanking against metal pieces, no rolling around a standard refrigerator. It's specific design for wine (and beer) provides a much greater capacity than would a standard refrigerator of the same size.

Love this GE wine center. Holds a LOT of bottles of wine. You can control exactly what temperature you want it to chill to. Wooden shelves pull out easily to get what you want. It is large, about the size of a dishwasher, so be sure to check the dimensions. You can remove the shelves as desired if you need space for bigger bottles. Does exactly what it says. Great product!

We actually already had a wine fridge that matched our other appliances, so we picked up this GE because we wanted and needed a beverage center in our outdoor kitchen. We still intend to store wine, but we were able to remove certain shelves that would allow for bottles/cans to also be refrigerated. It was very easy to set up and you can tell that the materials are very quality. It does have dual temperature zones if needed, but for now we are storing at a single temperature. Highly recommend to give your home added convenience and a modern/sleek look!
