Our fridge looks great and we live the interior lighting. The Keurig heating is much slower than our countertop Keurig (about 150 seconds slower). That said, it's convenient to start the heating from the mobile app and schedule heating ahead of time. When closing the freezer drawer, even gently, the water dispenser nearly always engages just a tad. If the drawer is closed firmly, water will flow!

Was a little skeptical of getting the model with the keurig, as I thought it may give less room, however, even with it, the fridge is quite spacious! The only thing I dislike so far is that there is no internal temperature display. The fridge only shows what the temp is set to, not what it actually is.

We've had our refrigerator for about 6 weeks. At first it would not heat the water. I called GE and they suggested unplugging it to reset it. That worked. The keurig had been working fine. Then this weekend the top pin in the brew module evidently recessed so it will not puncture the top of the K-cups. Here are side by side pictures of how it is supposed to look and how ours looks. I have to manually poke the hole in the top of the k-cups for it to work. When I called GE they could not tell me how to fix it and wanted to schedule for a service tech to come out. I can't take off work to meet with a tech due to this one removable item.

We had to replace a larger refrigerator that broke down. We remodeled our kitchen 9 months ago and wanted a replacement to fit well.
We looked at so many other brands that were counter-depth. This GE Profile model sold us within minutes. The features such as Keurig brewer in the door, design of water/ice/Keurig is attractive and easy to use and the adjustable shelves make organization easier. We didn't think we would use the Keurig, but we do a lot. Perfect for the slow-to-wake-up mornings. I set the schedule for every morning to have a first cup while making our own pot.

It looks amazing and feels amazing. The only down side is the Keurig feature which I love is restricted to 6,8 or 10 oz dispense measurements and honestly it doesn't measure these correctly. I would much prefer having 8,10 & 12 since I like to fill a cup of coffee without having to do 2 6 or a 6 and 8.

Fridge works fine EXCEPT for the K-Cup Brew dispenser. Wouldn't take a kcup. I called Customer Service & was info'd that there have been complaints about the dispenser and that I would get a new replacement dispenser within 2-5 biz days. It is now 23 days since I called (16 biz days) and I never got an email to confirm my replacement, shipping confirmation, etc. Nothing. And I'm still waiting.

We have really enjoyed our new GE refrigerator. We love the Keurig feature on the front. It is smaller on the inside then I would've hoped but still provides plenty of room for two of us. One thing that I would like to see is that the ability to remove the plastic covering the easier in the future as you peel it off and it sticks in the crevices and I don't know how to get it out. Other than that it is a great appliance.

Well it hasn't been 24 hours yet but everything seems to be fine with the new frig. The only thing at this point is it seems to be running a lot more than any frig we have ever had. Support tells us that's normal for the first 24 to 36 hours with food in it so that the frig regulates the temp. So far I like it!!!

The fridge itself is nice. However the keurig feature is constantly breaking down. It worked fine for the first year and a half. All of a sudden instead of heating water, when you press heat the machine dispenses water instead and won't stop until you press the button for 3 seconds or it throws an error code. The warranty dept has been out multiple times to fix it (they replaced multiple control panels, valves etc).
Well it just broke down again today and I'll have to call them up again.
