Microwave is easy to use, clean up and has some great features such as stopping the glass plate rotation if you have a dish that is too large to turn. I miss having quick settings to allow for a single touch for 1-5 minutes.

I bought this at Home Depot. My real estate agent tried to put this in and broke it. He bought me another and Spencer's had it done in 10 minutes. When I put something in to microwave, it's so quiet. I tried popcorn, for 3 minutes. Burnt it! 1:30 for popcorn. That's all it takes. Wendy's hamburger. Just a minute! And love the microwave above the range. Good job on designing. Love It!

I'm surprised at how much I like my new Kitchenaid microwave. Things I like the most: the time display is bright and easy to read; the 30 second button which you can push for each 30 second interval of cook time; the handle is substantial and doesn't show finger prints, the dark gray interior with good lighting; the chime when cooking is finished; preprogrammed settings such as defrost, etc. If you are looking for a new microwave this one is a winner!

I love the looks of this oven, and the built-in functions. One thing I really like is the clear glass in the door. Now I can look in and easily see inside when something is cooking. That's great when there is a chance something might boil over. Maybe it's silly, but I also like the cute little doodle-de-do noise it makes when the time is up.

We bought this 3 years and 2 months ago. Worked great. A few days ago it would not start. We kept getting a message saying "open/close door." Still wouldn't work after clearing out the timer and opening and closing the door a few times. We tried several things to get it to start again such as resetting the breaker, unplugging and plugging back in. No longer under warranty and customer service says it's not really worth it to pay to have someone come fix it (might as well replace the unit). For how much we paid in 2016, we didn't get our moneys worth. Will be shopping around.

We like our new M/W very much, but have two qualms- first, the metal swinging 'flapper' door on the back for the wall-to-roof vent makes noise when the fan is on high. Second, the display has gone dark three times on us in spite of having the energy saver option selected to "Off". Had to unplug the whole unit to reset.

This one has all the features that I need and more.

We are overall happy with our purchase but it's missing a few features that would have made it even better.
Pro: Sleek design
Con: Missing single quick start buttons. My old microwave had single buttons to push for quick operation. Ex. If you wanted 1 minute you could simply push 1, 2 minutes push 2, etc. Vent fan is loud. Seems they could have made more of an effort to design a quiet fan. Not that big of a deal though.
