I bought the same oven that we had. Just the newer model which was installed last week. We got 13 years out of the last one and it needed an expensive microwave repair that made sense to update. This one is beautiful and much quieter than the old one. We haven't used it very much yet. But I'm sure it'll be as dependable as the last one.

Getting Used To the Wall Combo

Seem to have issues with regular baking items if it is not covered with foil for the first half of baking. For example, a casserole I would normally not cover, starts burning on top instead of getting golden brown. If I bake the casserole with foil for the first half of baking, it takes longer to bake to get the top golden brown. Cleaning the back portion of the microwave is extremely difficult since I have short arms and the door pulls down rather than from the side. Cleaning the key pad is somewhat annoying. Trying to wipe off the fingerprints and constantly beeping from the other keys being wiped down. Love the blue enamel and the oven rack designed for assisting. Do like it keeps tab of the original time an item was put in the oven when using the timer. Timer is easy to use. Still learning some of the other features.

This convection oven has all the features I am looking for. It has built in temperature probe which is a real convenience with roasting. Microwave has the steam cook function - not many other microwaves have it. Cooking is much faster than my old oven.

Purchased this beauty to replace a 25 year old dinosaur. My friend and I installed it. The inside of oven is blue with slide out racks. No more struggling. It takes a little longer to preheat, but my homemade cupcakes turned out beautiful. The microwave portion is fast and efficient. Lot of more choices then I'm use too, like melting butter, but very cool. Just need to read instructions on how to set timer as there are two settings. One for hours and minutes and another for minutes and seconds.
I have had lots of compliments from my family and neighbors.

My wall oven-microwave looks great, and works great . I love the way the electronics give a running tab on what's going on, such as" warming up" oven cooling down," and it gives the exact oven temperatures as it moves up to the preset temperature, and the time it reached the set figure. It cost quite a bit more than some cheaper models, but I guess you get what you pay for. I do love the USA label, meaning it is made in the USA I assume.

Overall it's a great product with nice design and convenient feature.
The microwave oven could have a little bit higher power. We feel it's not so powerful as our previous counter-top one.
The door of the lower oven is not perfectly aligned. The top of the door is tilt outwards a little. We have it inspected by a technician and were told it's supposed to be like that.

Only used the microwave so far and it works great, but not sure why the fan stays on until you open the door. Microwave something for 15 seconds and tried to test when the fan would stop, gave up after two minutes.

In July we replaced our 10+ year old GE wall oven with the 27" wall convection/convection-microwave combination. In the few weeks we have used the new oven we were very pleased with performance, speed and the uniform cooking results produced by the convection feature. I read other reviews which cited slow speeds to reach set temperatures. We did not find that at all. Great price to value quotient on this unit! We're so pleased we decided to add a Kitchen Aid range top next year.

We have only had this product a week, but I think it is going to be amazing. It fit our space perfectly and is so beautiful! The only negative, and the reason I did not give it 5 stars, is that the user manual and online information are a little confusing and do not answer all my questions about using convection in the microwave. When I contacted KitchenAid support they only had what was available in the user guide, even when the call was escalated. Fortunately, the retailer we purchased the product from was more familiar with use of the oven than KitchenAid support.

I have had this combo for a few weeks now. The first one they brought made a strange noise when the oven got to a certain temperature. (Like a fan blade rubbing against metal). The following week I got a replacement. So far I have been satisfied except for the fact that sometimes the microwave door doesn't close right and the light stays on. This was the replacement for the Whirlpool combo the after 4 service calls while under warranty it could NOT BE REPAIRED.
We went through several holiday sense November of 2018 without a working oven/microwave. Customer service is not the best as is the service company's they use for repair. One Tech came in and said wow! Never seen one of these.This is going to de fun. After ordering all the power board in the unit he still couldn't fix it. I was able to listen the conversation between the Tech and the tech support. What a joke the was. Tech support Said. I don't know what the issue could be. Let's order a wire harness and go from there. That was the end of the line. Only to find out the harness was not available nation wide.
Hopefully the Kitchen Aid will be better. Even if it's made by Whirlpool Co .I CAN ONLY HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS THAT CARES ABOUT COUSTOMER SERVICE.

We got ours a over a month ago and we love it. Arrived in perfect condition and fairly easy to install. Looks beautiful. Our daughter has had her similar Kitchen aid combo for about 5 years and has had great service and loves hers too. Great quality product !

We've owned this combo oven in 2 homes. We are now on our 5th circuit board; 2 in one house and now our 3rd in the other. These circuit boards are not carried in-stock by your local repairman, so it typically takes one to two weeks to get it replaced, plus numerous calls to customer service. And in the meantime you have no oven nor microwave. Beyond frustrating, I've expressed my concern to Kitchen Aid numerous times to no avail. I even provided the courtesy of sending this review to them in advance, giving them 72 hours to respond before posting it. Nothing but crickets. So I can only conclude: KitchenAid has poor quality and poor customer service, and they don't care about either one. Why would you buy this oven?

I have brought this combination wall oven oven is fine but microwave is worse. It doesn't cook well if I use for microwave popcorns it doesn't pops well. All of sudden stop beeping after minutes is over or timer is done. Food doesn't get hot enough
