You don't realize how bad your stove is until you get a new one. This stove is awesome. Not only is it beautiful it's fast. I can't believe how quickly top burners boil water and heat soups, sauce etc. Took a little adjustment time. Accidentally made blackened pizza trying to heat up a few slices in a pan. This thing is powerful. I've been playing with convection bake. Casseroles heat up quick. Finished with a broil, cheese is melted and browned to perfection. Pumpkin muffins and bread came out perfect. Very easy to use digital push button controls. Only possible negative is grates on top are two pieces and may be a little heavy to remove for some. They can be just lifted and cleaned under without completely removing.

This came with out new built townhouse. I love having gas and it cooks really evenly which is great! It boils water fast as well! I love all the features. The only thing that bothers me is that the images that show which element is for which nob are already coming off from just wiping it clean from everyday use.

Cooktop works fine, that's not it ---- its the cleaning feature. I have had self-cleaning ovens for 40 years, they worked great. I love a clean oven. Then I got a new Kitchenaid range with Aqualift. IT DOESN'T CLEAN! It is terrible. I hate this thing ---- total garbage. What were you thinking Kitchenaid??? DO NOT BUY A RANGE WITH AQUALIFT! I will have to sell this thing or give it to charity --- I don't want it. Total waste of money. If I had known, I would never have purchased this range.

Kitchen Aide appliances came with our spec home. The gas stove/oven with convection works well, however it was not vented with installation and we were told it doesn't have to be. Once the oven is turned off a fan runs for a long time for some reason.

I bought this stove and I ended up having OCD. The stove is good but the knobs will turn on even if you pass by them from distance and releases gas. I contacted the Kitchen Aid; they are not concerned about it. My answer was that you need to be careful. I have documented all my correspondence with them. I can't believe that a product as expensive as that to be so unsafe and hazardous. Fortunately, I don't have kids and don't cook a lot. But I have to check all the knobs at least 30 times a day which many times I found them they are slightly open. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very nice stove. The only issue we have is that some of the buttons on the key pad don't line up where you are to touch. Also the best way to push the buttons is to use the pad of your finger tip.

Have the range for just 8 months and it does not clean the oven. Be prepared to do a lot of scrubbing to no avail. I have a bad back and this was a bad choice. Look at LG. My neighbor says his range works.

I am trying to get used to the computerized panel. The convection oven took twice as long to bake as the regular oven. The back left side of the oven burns the cookie while all other areas are baking evenly. I really like the ease of cleaning the top cooking area.

I've been using this stove for a month now and love the varied burner sizes. I like the overall look of the unit and size of the oven. Wish it had a blue interior like the built-in! Also wish the ceramic burner discs were darker so they wouldn't show burned in stains. Wish the knobs were chunkier and more commercial looking. Overall a great value!

Love the look and function of this Range. We did a full kitchen upgrade two months ago and this range has performed perfectly. The only reason for my 4 out of 5 stars is the fact that you cannot lock out the stove top controls. Seems like a basic feature as if you bump them or have children the gas comes on.

Upon arrival, the oven had a dent on the side. The installers did not mention it to my husband. Cannot get the oven racks out of the oven with out them screeching. Now we are having troubles with resetting the timer the oven turns off. I would love to have someone higher up from kitchen aid help us but no one has contacted us. The customer service really is not helpful. The have no technical knowledge.

We have the natural gas model which has a great choice of cook top burners for all styles of cooking. We may be on the fussy side, but the shinny black of the cook top requires more care...splatter guards, and frequent cleansing to look its best.

This range is so much more than I expected! It looks like a high end appliance that a chef would use. It works beautifully and so far everything that I have cooked on it comes out so good!! The cast iron and burners are good quality. We've had this for over 2 months now and have roasted beef, chicken and fish. Convection is very good in browning meats and veggies. Very excited to try a turkey soon.

I bought this oven about a month ago, and I'm so glad I did. We researched ovens for several weeks before deciding. It came down to KitchenAid: Either this one or the one just like it with a warming/cooking drawer. I really wanted that one, but the price difference was too steep for me. Plus I don't 'need' that drawer too often. We made the right choice!!!

This is our first experience with not only a slide in range but also with a KitchenAid. We are very glad we selected the convection option. It made a big difference when preparing several common recipes. The capacity and ease of use are exceptional. Our only complaint is that the drip tray, around the burners, is black. This tends to show dust and debris more than I think the next model up would with stainless steel trays. Considering the cost of this model, KitchenAid could have used the stainless steel trays on both ranges.

I have used both the regular bake and convection bake features and I swear the oven baked the absolute best pie and best bacon I have ever had!!

We moved into our new home May 2019 and by far the gas range is my favorite appliance.
I am imnpressed with the oven, which produces juicy roasted meat.
Never have cooked on gas top or with gas oven before and I'm very satisfied with results.
