Easy to use for Tenants but build quality is fair

I bought this about a month ago to install in a rental property. I had a previous model which broke after 5 years. It could not be repaired. This new model has a little better features but the build quality appears to be a little lacking. For example, the back panel had screws that look bottomed out and the back metal sheet is bent. For the $800 price tag that I paid for a commercial grade machine, I would expect a little better quality and holding together. I'm not sure how long this one will last, but I hope more than the 5 years the last one did.
