I bought this one month ago, several design issues I have noticed, due to the drop down door along with large capacity make removing clothing difficult, door hinge would be better for my needs on the right or left but, not on the bottom, the knobs have a flimsy feel, like you could easily break them off if turned too hard, also the actual depth is deeper due to the extended venting system attached to the back which makes the dryer sit away from the wall more than my previous dryer, which creates a large space behind the dryer. This takes a more room than the previous dryer. This could be a problem for some with limited space.

Not happy with my dryer at all I had 2 bath towels, 1 face towel & 1 hand towel to be dried. I had to run dryer 2 separate cycles on 70 minutes each to get this small load dried. The dryer itself was so hot to the touch on the outside I'm afraid to use it now. I purchased it from Home Depot & have reached out to them twice with no soulation as of yet.

Most loads will not dry completely if you have it on low heat and use the "eco friendly cycle" just a heads up; but that's an easy fix, just up the temperature or up the cycle time. This is the first time I was able to pick my own new dryer and I am happy I picked this one.

I purchased recently and I'm very happy with the performance and price. I got a great deal at the Home Depot July 4th sale. It's probably to reduce costs, but I'm surprised most manufacturers are still using the twist to set timer vs the electronic selector system. Still a great choice and the drop down dryer door vs swing open style works great in tight laundry room quarters.

This dryer takes twice as long as it should to dry the clothes. Several times items have gotten caught on the latch that closes the dryer door and is in a twisted mess until it ultimately causes the door to open.
