We were tired of leaning into the bottom of our old fridge. Getting on in age, being able to just reach in for things is important. The pull out freezer is a big plus, as well as being bigger than our last one. All our appliances are Whirlpool, which have been virtually problem free.

Love the water dispenser, ice maker and room on doors. Ice maker doesn't stop making ice when full. Have to reach in and push the bar off to stop it. Difficult to reach in to get that bar. Hard to get frig to stay around 40 degrees. Set it to 2 and it seems to go from 37 to 40 on that setting. As long as it doesn't freeze meds, it will work. Noisy when filling with water after ice drops into tray. Otherwise quiet operation. Hard to reach top shelf of frig and into back of freezer.

Just bought last week and so far it has met our expectations, except one thing. The owners manual that came with the machine is generic for multiple models and doesn't show what this unit actually does or doesn't do. Like for example; There is NO indicator that I can find to let me know when the WATER FILTER needs to be changed. The manual shows features for other machines. Crazy, how difficult would it be to create a manual just for this machine? I also don't like that to get the machine in white we had to special order it and wait 4 weeks. To me that is not consumer friendly. It is like the mentality in Smart Phones, not everybody has a I Phone. I personally hate them. In kitchen appliances why does everybody assume that we all want stainless steel. So, we are not happy that we had to pay a premium price for this refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and I love it. Its has lots of room and I love the drawer space. I love the fact that the ice maker is in the freezer and not in the door. With the water dispenser and ice maker not on the outside of the door he adds more space on the inside of the refrigerator. Everything is nice and cold and it is very quiet.

We bought this fridge at Lowe's and have had it a couple of months now. We really love the space as compared to our old side-by-side. Also, having the water dispenser inside and not on the door frees up a lot of door space.
What we miss is a place to put our butter dish. It seems like a small thing, but there is no good place to put it. I'd love a shelf with a little door to keep the butter in on the door.
Other than that, it has performed well so far and we are very happy with it.

I bought this unit in may, had it deliver 26 day's later. The unit worked for 6 days and did not cool after that. I called Lowe's for help and they told me I had to wait 20 day's to replace it. Did not offer me a loaner or anything. I had to argue to get a loaner since I would not have a refrigerator for 20 days. This has been the worst experience I ever had purchasing anything from Lowe's.

I have owned the refrigerator less than a week, but so far, I love this refrigerator. The refrigerator is very roomy; several bottles of single serve juice fit on a single door shelf. Half an icebox water melon fits inside one produce drawer with room for more fruit. The refrigerator filters it's water; the filtered water and ice taste great. The moveable freezer shelf brings items to me easily. I can store steaks, burgers, a whole chicken and more in one basket in the freezer with room to spare. The refrigerator is also very quiet. Awsome!

I bought my new refrigerator last month and I just love it! I really like all the wide door compartments and the drawer that slides out on the bottom.

We've had this refrigerator since Christmas. It was a great purchase because of the sales. I love it so far! After reading the reviews I was concerned about the motor noise because our family room is open to the kitchen. It has never been a problem. Never hear it where it would drive you to distraction! Love the spaciousness on top and freezer is sufficient for our needs. I like not having water and ice on the door. It's a clean look and we never
have ice on the wood floors anymore!

The cold water dispenser requires two hands to gets glass of water which is really hard. I like the double doors and the freezer on the bottom.
