I purchased this unit on July 3 and it took three time being ordered before I received a refrigerator that was not damaged on the side. You shipping packaging leaves much to be desired. Lowe's stated your company is the only manufacturer that does not ship refrigerators in a sturdy box! Consequently the unprotected sides are dented in the shipping process. Because you shrink wrap the refrigerator the plastic residue is very hard to remove from the seams on the doors. I will never purchase a refrigerator from Whirlpool again.

We have had this for one month and regret the purchase. The freezer door will bounce back open of swung shut so you have to close it gingerly like it is a 100 year old classic car door. My teen swung it closed last night and it popped back open. Since there is NO FREEZER LIGHT we didn't notice and the door was open for 8 hours and everything soft, a lot of items we will thru in the fridge to made weird meals with so it doesnt go to waste . Not sure it it is a lemon from a usually good company or if the nimrods who put the door on did it wrong.

I bought this earlier this month. My wife is not pleased with the freezer door. You can take your pinkie finger and open the door without any resistance. I have noticed condensation at the opening of the freezer. Hope this is not an issue.

We have had this for about 2 weeks. It seems to be running well as per expectations. Added an ice maker and that seems to also be working well with no issues. I have two reasons why I didn't rate it as a 5. One, I needed the doors to swing left rather than the standard right. It took a very long time to switch everything around. Much longer than I would have expected it to. Two and apparently this is an issue with a lot of appliances out there, the protective film on the doors goes under the top and bottom plastic coverings and one cannot get it out which leaves film strands hanging out. It looks horrible. I am pleased they put the protective film on the doors, but I do not understand why other items would be added on top of it which would prevent one from being able to get it off. Very frustrating. Again these are two minor issues but enough to take it down to a 4 rather than a 5.

I purchased the appliance on 12/1/18 so I would receive it before the holidays. The original date was 12/17/ Unfortunately the delivery was changed to 1/5/19. When the 1st refrigerator came it was damaged and was never brought into my home. Then the exchange took place on 1/14/19 and that refrigerator was delivered, plugged in and in less than 24 hours it never cooled. I had to call back again for a third exchange. This one did happen quite fast and on 1/19/18 I now have a refrigerator that is working. This was truly an inconvenience since I am required to wait at home with a 4 hour time span for delivery. I was a little frustrated and expected a better quality product from Whirlpool.
Now with that said the delivery associates, Customer Service representatives and all other associates that I spoke with were very professional and nice. They could tell I was upset and really seemed to want to assist me with my situation. They should all be commended. Excellent customer service.

I have only had this a couple weeks so I am still adjusting to it.
I like the LED in the refrigerator.
However, I would prefer the bottom shelf in the door was wider than the ones above it.
Makes it difficult to see the items and get them out.
The shelves in the freezer door should have solid bottoms to them to prevent items falling out.
