My old washer was a whirlpool that I had for over twenty years. When I saw this model in the store, I liked that it had dials and an agitator. It does a good job cleaning all my laundry. The waher is quiet and easy to use.

Noisy, takes much too long to run a cycle through, low water levels means clothes are not entirely submerged. Very disappointed. Should have repaired my old, reliable Kenmore 110 model.

We have had this new washer for a few weeks. We use it everyday. It is very efficient and quiet. There are plenty of options. It has a larger capacity than our old one. The auto sensing is very convenient.

Machine vibrates violently in spin cycle. Sounds like it's going fly apart. Sides,hoses whole machine vibrates. Double checked level and levels ok. I think this machine is going back. All used whirlpool in the past...might have to look around.

First washer bought, & it's the worse one yet

We bought this a good 6 months ago and are currently trying to see if we can at least sell it for half of what we got it for or ANYTHING to get some working washers. This washer is not only loud, but doesn't clean clothes. No matter how much soap I add to the load, it never smells clean. I've quit using this washer so I've had to take trips to the laundromat and i put half the amount of soap in their washers than with this one, and a bigger load will smell cleaner and feel cleaner than whatever comes out of this washer. We were trying to be on the economic side of washing by buying a low-price washer, but seems we went the wrong way in buying this. Doesn't work, it's a waste of time, money and space.

We have had this machine for a couple of weeks now and could not be happier with our purchase. Many reviews mention the loudness of the machine. Ours is so much quieter than the old Maytag washer it replace. Sometimes I have to go into the laundry room to make sure it is on. Has many useful features. We are very pleased with the machine so far!!!

I am SO sorry I purchased this unit. It sound like it's going to fall apart every time it is being used. We keep the laundry room door closed and the noise is still disruptive across our home. We selected a top-loader because the spider assembly on our last two front-loaders failed prematurely (Whirlpool front-loader - 7 years; Samsung front-loader - 5 years). It's disappointing washer manufacturers have not learned how to protect front loader spider assemblies from corrosion and stress fractures. I thought a top loader would be the answer. My mistake was buying this product.

I've had this almost a month now and I'm very happy with it! I'm single so don't need a huge washer with hundreds of settings, but do need a good one that can do everything from my delicates to my comforter and this washer fits the bill. It doesn't spin as fast as my other washer on the delicate cycle so they take a little longer to line dry, but I personally think that's better for the material. It holds my king size comforter and washed it up clean using the deep water wash & rinse cycle. I really like those options! I also like that it has a 'soak' option. I haven't had it very long, so I'm hoping it continues to perform this well for many years to come.

I had outstanding customer service from Whirlpool Corporation when I called to clarify a feature of this model. When I decided that this was the model I needed and wanted, the customer service representative, on her own initiative, began checking inventory in my local stores. When we found one in my area, she stayed on the phone with me while I called the store to make certain that they did have the model. As a physically challenged adult, I was able to purchase my washing machine by phone using my credit card. Deepest thanks to my Whirlpool customer service representative. I love my machine and love the customer care that Whirlpool gives to people.

It's been 3 months. These top loading he washers just don't get you clothes clean. My first he washer broke but I thought that if I got one that had a center agitator, it might work better, but no, it doesn't. I can take a freshly washed face cloth, and put it into my bathroom sink and see the dirt coming out in the water. Who wants to wash their face with that!
