This refrigerator gives you so many more options to see food easily and to organize better. Lots room and adjustments but your food doesn't get lost ! We had an issue with the water dispenser but the warranty and repairman got it taken care of ! We purchased all Bosch appliances this time around and so far have not been disappointed !

Beautiful fridge with intuitive design however I've already had 1 service call due to an E2 error code within 1 month of new ownership. Technician replaced the control panel and seems to be working well now. Hopefully it hold up.

Bought our house ~2 years ago, including a clunky, old refrigerator. We finally decided we could do a lot better. We've never owned a Bosch refrigerator before, but had read a lot about how well designed and made they are. Furthermore, we have young grandchildren visiting regularly, and liked the idea of the black stainless finish to prevent little fingerprints! We love the product, including the convenience of Home Connect and many other features.

This refrigerator keeps my food fresh. Leftovers last for several days. Fruits and veggtables last longer that ever before. This comparison includes over five refrigerators and 60 years of adult living, 27 moves and ownership of five refrigerators and numerous rentals with refrigerators provided. Freezer space is yet to be full to overflowing. Freezer on the bottom makes so much sense. The refrigerator is opened so much more often. If door left open, the subtle warning is activated. This refrigerator is one I definitely recommend.

We recently purchased this Bosch refrigerator as part of an appliance package for our new home. I've been using it for a month and have been very happy with it. This is the first French door refrigerator I've had and I like having the ability to open both doors to fit large trays in. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator and the freezer. We also love having the ice and water in the door. We recently had guests who commented on how nice the crushed ice was. I recommend this refrigerator.

This is such a beautiful appliance. The black stainless looks good all the time. I really like the water bottle filling feature. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the lever for the water/ice dispenser looks spotted and dirty all the time. Not sure what material,it is made out of but it sure shows the water spots. Unfortunately this makes the frig look dirty to me.

I have had my Bosch French Door refrigerator less than 5 months and the ice maker is already a problem - gett E2 message, not making enough ice, knocking sound coming from the ice maker. Had a technician in to diagnose the problem and waiting to see if it's resolved. There could be a sensor malfunction. Not happy about having to have repairs/replacements within 5 months of purchase on such an expensive refrigerator. Otherwise I love this refrigerator - especially the filtered water dispenser which has great pressure!

Larger refrigerator even being a counter depth. Smudging isn't a problem, doesn't have any issue with finger prints. Ice maker keeps up with demand easily. The freezer and draw system works great. Only negative thing I can say is the plastic divider in the freezer are flimsy.

We wanted something nice for the newly remodeled kitchen, but functional. Our last few (other brand) refrigerators' ice dispensers leaked. One barely lasted a year. So far this one is working great and looks sharp. The black stainless is easy to clean and doesn't show smudges too. Overall high end high quality looks great.

Because of covid I purchased whole kitchen appliances from Bosch site unseen. Had I known the vegetable bins were in the inside I would not have purchased. I am in the vegetable bins 3-4 times a day and it would have been preferable like my kitchen aid fridge at my house I moved from.

The ice compartment is small, which would be an inconvenient if it produced anymore ice than a dozen cubes a day. The drawers easily pop off the tracks and do not seem very durable. The water dispenser seems to often decide to lock itself and the only way I could figure to reenable it was to connect it to the internet and install the Bosch app which comes with the added benefit that my refrigerator and its manufacture seem to need my undivided attention. I guess the upside to there badgering is that I they have guilted me into writing a review!

We bought this Bosch refrigerator in September of 2021 and the ice maker and water dispenser stopped working in November of 2021. We have had the service technician out to the house 3 times over the past five months and although the water dispenser now works the ice machine does not. The service technician was out again today and informed me that the ice maker (part number) 11036056 is in need of replacement and there is no ETA from Bosch on getting that part delivered.
It is totally unexceptable that we have paid over $3000 for a brand new Bosch refrigerator and it has only work for a couple months since we purchased it. I would like some resolution - Sam

We replaced our 11-year-old "brand not to be named" with this Bosch because the previous appliance's icemaker went out and the cost of repair was astronomical. Our new Bosch is smaller but holds as much as the old appliance, and the icemaker is fantastic. Online reviews predict that will continue to be the case. However, I have two other "favorite" features on this fridge. The first I had anticipated, but not the second. The first: Absolutely no fingerprints! and the second: Vastly reduced spoilage. I had been blaming my grocery store for having to toss expensive produce on a regular basis, but I feel guilty about that now, as the same products are staying fresh and crispy until they are gone. I love this refrigerator.

I got this unit to replace a horrible Samsung I had before. One week into owning it, the display is flashing an "E2" message. I called customer support and they took my information and I've heard nothing from them after two plus weeks. Unit seems to be working OK, but VERY disappointed to shell out the cash for this and have operational AND customer service issues so quickly.

Love everything about this fridge except that the ice maker occasionally gets jammed up at the opening where the crushed ice mechanism is. It's like there's condensation that freezes or just melted ice that refreezes in that opening. Have to knock it out and/or thaw it to make it work again. Other than that, love the black stainless, the bright lighting, the freezer organization, everything else!!!

This fridge has everything I wanted. Good lighting, roomy with lots of shelves and drawers, the pull out freezer with a drawer, and the ice/water dispenser is the best! All awesome! The one thing I would change if I could would be for the door to close automatically, just because my kids forget to push it and it ends up staying a crack open for too long.

We went with this model based on the fact that only Bosch appliances would not reveal the typical stainless steel color if scratched. Overall we have been pretty happy with it except that the ice maker stopped working after 4 months and is now throwing an E2 error code. We have a technician coming out next week to repair. Frustrating because we had to wait weeks for the technician visit and have been without ice for over a month.

I enjoy looking at and using this appliance. It fits my kitchen space well and the dark stainless goes well with other black appliances and never looks smudged or dirty. Two issues: you have to watch that both doors fully close and the door storage could have higher barriers so tall things don't tip over.

We purchased this French door refrigerator to replace the one Maytag we had for 10 years. We purchased at Lowes and they had to order it so we had to purchase a small fridge to get us by for a month while ours was back ordered. We received it and seemed to work fine for first 25 days then lost cooling in freezer then refrigerator compartment . Lost over a $100 dollars of frozen food. Called Lowes to see if they could send someone out to look at it or replace it. They said since we purchased it over 45 days before, that we had to call manufacturer for warranty even though we on had it from 11/30/2021 and called them on 12/27/2021. Not helpful at all even though we paid for extra 3 year service plan at Lowes. Only help they were was told us to call the manufacturer said that they had to cover first year of warranty.
We called Bosch but the best they said they could do is get a service tech out on Jan 10th.
We tried to reset as per recommendations in manual but code came up to call service tech.
Very disappointed with both Lowes and Bosch. Did not expect to pay over $3100 for refrigerator that only lasts for 27 days and no help to get fixed or looked at for over two weeks.

We have had this unit about 4.5 months and we are pleased with it. Being a coffee guy, I like how I can leave the coffee pot sit and fill while I walk away and do other things. The fill can be programmed for a specific amount of water. There is plenty of room, and so far the ice maker has been delightful. We did buy a BYPASS component for the internal water filter since we already have an osmosis system in our house. The water filter in our Bosch only lasted about 4 months and it was clogging up. They are rather expensive. I would recommend just getting a separated water filtration system. They are worth every penny. I would recommend the refrigerator to anyone who expects more out a FRIG. It's quality1

I bought this device based on the claim that it was the fastest icemaker on the market. The icemaker makes a VERY LOUD knocking noise and can't keep up with ice production. I paid more for the Bosch brand because I thought I'd get a quality device and service. I submitted a service request and got a date about a month out. I tried to escalate with customer service since the knocking noise was keeping us up an night - no response. I thought Bosch was a level above the rest . . . apparently not. I'll be working to send this baby back.
