We compared models from many brands for a long time before choosing the Bosch. We are very pleased with it. The ice maker is as quick as advertised. The water tastes great and we like the design of the dispenser. We also like that water and ice maker are on the door so it takes up little space in the body of the fridge. The retractable shelf has come in handy. The freezer is roomy.

This is the first refrigerator that has been able to keep up with my family's ice demand - 6 people in the house, and for the first time in forever, we aren't constantly running out of ice. Delivers as advertised, and has plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer, with easy access to everything. The stainless steel interior back panel is cool - literally and figuratively. If I had to redo this purchase, I wouldn't change a thing.

This refrigerator does a great job keeping everything at the right temperature. Tons of room with the door shelving layout. The flexibility of the shelves in the main compartment allows for great storage of tall and big items. Love the aesthetic look of the Bosch appliances. I have one more appliance left to upgrade to Bosch and can't wait for a complete Bosch kitchen.

This Bosch 500 Series pleasantly surprised with material quality and spaciousness. The materials inside the unit are made of high quality durable plastics. All the parts feel like they will last. All slide in and out with ease. It is brute inside and transparent. It is easily cleaned.
The unit is surprisingly very spacious. Much larger than our last both in refrigerator and freezer compartments. The unit fits in the same space as our old one.
Two temperature controls for both refrigerator and freezer gives us just the right temperatures in each.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this refrigerator and glad we did. This refrigerator is awesome. Its very bright inside, gets cold fast and makes up to 12 lbs of ice in a day. 26 cubic feet is plenty big and love the freezer on the bottom. We have not had any issues but if we do we know that their customer service is outstanding after the sale unlike other brands. Their will be other Bosch appliances in our future.

Fridge seems to ooze quality. Love the higher, than our old Kemore Elite, water and ice dispenser! Finally an adult can get water and actually see the water filling the glass. While stainless is not figerprint proof, smudges are easily erased with a wet clean towel and a wipe. This fridge is very quiet, it is whisper quiet, much more so than the Kenmore Elite it replaced. Interior seems to have a lot of usable space even with the internal ice maker. Lighting is good and a stainless rear of this fridge lightens up the interior. Interior drawers and freezer glide open and closed. I enjoy the bottom freezer vs. our old side by side. So far very happy and impressed.

I had heard of the reputation of Bosch, but was a little concerned about some of the reviews I had read about this series. Nothing too bad, but this purchase was quite an investment for me. I have only good things to say about this fridge. No problems of any sort in the month I have had it. Everything has worked correctly, it is more quiet than my old Samsung, and it has plenty of space. It is also very easy to move away from the wall owing to its wheels. It got cold very fast and puts out plenty of ice. The only quibble I have is that there is no lighting on the top of the refridgerator compartment, making it a tad darker than I am used to. However, I can get used to that. I have to say that I am very pleased with the performance of this item and highly recommend it.

This is a good basic fridge. It keeps the fridge food cold and the feezer food frozen like it should. Tells you via app if the door is open which is nice because they don't close as easily as my old non-Bosch fridge. Not a huge deal, just have to give a little more pressure. Lighting is fine on the sides, but wish there was an overhead; would like it to be just a little brighter.

Wonderful refrigerator, uniformly cold front and back both. Exceptionl cooling and ice making ability. I wish if they can improve two things. The right side door and left side door should open 100% independently. It seems whe you open right side door the left side door open for an inch or two and then closes, it is bit annoying. The 2nd thing which can be improved is why the water comes inwards not sure whats the logic behond that? One has to get use to the water usage initially. Besides these two minors the refrigerator has been excellent. We bought it since we got sick of Lg and Samsung's products not lasting more than 2 years.

I could not be happier this my purchase of the Bosch 500 series french door! Not only does it catch the eye from its sleek, modern design, but the inside is large and clean making organizing easy. I also love the app feature which let's me know if the door was left open, can diagnose issues that can be reported to Bosch for assistance in repairs. I've had this fridge for about 2-3 months and have had no issues. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I've only had my Bosch refrigerator just a month. I really like the fact that you can put it on vacation mode to save energy. The ice makes makes lots of ice (which I use plenty in summertime). The only thing I don't like are some of the shelves in the door. There are like half shelves and cannot put any bottles, jars, etc. on them.

This is our first Bosch, but it won't be our last. We love it. It is the first French Door we've owned, after having had 2 side by sides before. There is so much room inside and use of space in the doors is the best we've seen. We looked at several others, but this one was the best for us.

We got this fridge because we've owned a Bosch dishwasher previously and loved it. It has in door water and ice dispenser which is what we were looking for. No bad things to say. As a matter of fact we lost power for over 18 hours, didn't open the fridge. When we plugged it back in, everything was still cold!

Our ice maker went out in the first week and still waiting on repair a few weeks later. Defects happen, so I'll assume I just got a bad ice maker. Only other negatives are some residual moisture from melted ice in the ice dispenser that automatically drops old water in your cup whenever you get ice and an inability to set the timer for the door alarm. The alarm sounds too quickly for routine use so we had to disable it.
Otherwise we love the fridge. It seems well made and very versatile from a storage stand point. Before the ice maker died it was much faster than our old LG that went out after less than 10 years, which I'm told is average for LG. The delivery guys said they hate Bosch appliances because they are so much heavier than other brands, which hopefully is a result of solid construction.

This is the best refrigerator ever owned. I'm 67 years old. I had a lot of refrigerators and by far this is the best. It makes ice really fast holds. Temperature is amazing. Lots of room. I love the fold back shelf. The filter makes the water taste so good and it's so quiet I would recommend this refrigerator to anybody looking for a refrigerator. I just bought their dishwasher Bosch 800 series Bosch makes an amazing product.

We got the Bosch to replace a Samsung refrigerator that quit on us after just under 3 years. We previously bought a Bosch dishwasher and have been really happy with it, so figured the refrigerator was a good bet. It is working beautifully. The freezer has alot of space. The refrigerator feels spacious because of the generous door shelves. The opening for the water and ice dispenser is huge and we easily fit the coffee pot in there to fill. I guess nobody is making a butter dish holder or egg holder anymore. Okay can deal with that. I have not really explored the My Home app, so I don't know all those features. Overall I feel like this is a good quality appliance and hopefully will last for years.

We purchased this from Home Depot about 2 months ago when our old fridge was deemed unrepairable. Special deal, great price. Like the shelves and arrangement of the interior. Love the ice maker- we use lots and it keeps up with our demand. Couple of things for improvement interior of refrigeration compartment lighting is from the side and not the top. This leaves dark spots on the interior when unit is full. The interface for the door dispenser has an indicator light below the selection (cubes, crushed, water, etc.) but the selection does not light up. Makes it hard to select in the dark. And delivery guys delivered, but did not install. Still had all the interior packing unit needs to be leveled whenever I can get to it.

Love it so far, wish they had the doors swapped Right to left. the right side being the easier to open. Also bought and added an additional shelf for the right side, plenty of room for 1 more than from the factory. The glass shelves without a plastic frame all the way around much easier to clean after a spill.

We used to buy whirlpool gold. Last two refrigerators were very noisy l, lots of clicking. We have had this Bosch for 3 months now and it's the absolute quietest refrigerator by far! We have had no issues. Love the water and ice dispenser in the door. It has some little features to it that we really like. No leaking of melted ice or anything. So far, it's perfect!
