This fridge is very expensive and very small. It broke down in less than two months. It took a long time for a technitian to come just to tell me that he didn't have the part. I received that part at home the next day. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for someone to come and they told me that I still have to wait for another three weeks. Awful service for a fridge at a price tag of almost 6k. A disaster really. The worst is that what is broken of the fridge and not the freezer, but I can't turn off the fridge and use the freezer, It has only o me switch.

Beautiful looking fridge!
We've had this fridge installed for about a year now. It still looks amazing, the stainless steel is very resilient to finger prints and other markings. Having the compressor not visible from the front really makes this appliance a statement piece in our kitchen. As you open up the fridge you will notice a massive freezer with plenty of storage, and the ice cubes it produce are these nice little cubes that everyone seems to really love. The fridge itself however doesn't have the most storage, as all counter depth refrigerators, it just isn't very deep, most people shopping for counter depth should be aware of that, however, This fridge is able to make up for a lot of that with its hight. Overall, we are very happy with our Bosch built in refrigerator and our entire Bosch line of appliances.

Narrow shelves, tight spaces. While esthetically pleasing in the showroom, this appliance once installed, has proved to be designed as the ideal refrigerator for a photo shoot but totally impractical for a family that actually needs to store a gallon of milk or a dozen eggs - there is storage for neither (or butter for that matter). And that fact that you need to open both doors in order to access the vegetable drawer seems highly impractical. Trying to be positive...the ice maker is on over-drive.

This appliance makes a continous hum. Unlike some refrigerator's that make a noise here and there, this one makes noise non-stop. It's not super loud but you can hear it. And good luck returning it if it bothers you: no chance.

I really like how attractive and well designed and manufactured my new refrigerator is. We bought it as part of a major kitchen remodel and it's much nicer than our old refrigerator. I also like the small sizeice cubes it makes.

I recently renovated my kitchen and installed this refridgerator. It is a first for me having a bottom freezer drawer and I was worried about capacity and being able to see the contents. Neither of these issues are a problem. It is also a first having custom panels, and although a little difficult to install, the look is beautiful. As far as function, the food, especially vegetables, are staying fresh longer. Digital programming functions and app are easy to navigate and program with a great alert system. My only complaint is the doors have a tight spring, are a bit difficult to open, and need to be guided shut so they don't slam so hard.

My brand new refrigerator makes loud grunting noise periodically. The condensation panel has condensation on it. I wrote to Bosch customer service a few days ago about the problems and still have not receive any answer. May be it's during the holidays, and many things get delayed. Otherwise the refrigerator is very pretty, and functioning well.
