Love the machine, but wish there were more adjustments for the amount of milk - for those that just like a small amount. I like the brewing options from Home Connect - the app works great - definetly a bonus to have more options for brews --

I am using it for last 2 months and extremely happy, so far 213 cups brewed. No problems. Every thing works well. I use fine grind setting and that's what give best coffee flavor even for light or dark roast, reason for that is teh default grinder setting for fine is not that fine, so my recomend setting to fine to get teh best coffee. Phone apps works well local menus are fine too. I have tested the milk frother it works fine but milk is not hot enough but Its OK. I prefer to use external milk frother as its is a much easier option. Customization of custom drinks are easier to create on phone app. I use android and it works as it suposed to work. Installation was not bad either it took 1 hours for installtion in teh cabinet. The new 2022 model have better softclose hinges than previous models. We do clean the cofee brewing unit every 2 weeks just to make sure all runs well.

I have had this machine for over 5 years and I love it. It makes consistent great cappuccino, espresso, coffee, etc. After 5 years I had a part go out,replaced the part and everything is great again.

I really wish I could give a 5 star rating to my coffee machine becuase it has such great features. I purchased my first one 2 years ago and had to have it replaced due to it malfunctioning. I had to have multiple visits for a tech and each time a new component was replaced. Finally, after so many attempts to repair it, I was given a new one. Just a few days shy of my one year warraty running out on my replacement, I've had the tech out twice. I am waiting for my next appointment with the tech. At this point I am hoping to get another replacement. Also, when I tried to get extended warranty on the coffee machine, I was told that one is not offered. This is quite disheartening because if this one is not repairable I may have to pay for an entire new machine. Other than all the issues I have had, it is a nice and fun machine to have. I was told that by the tech that the issues that I have had are extremely rare so if you're interested in getting one, don't let my review stop you.

I've been using this every day since installed, over a month now. It's easy to use once you get the hange of it.
I like I don't have to do much besides clean it. It grinds the coffee beans, foams, I can save how I like my coffee, etc.
No complaints, if I do have issues I will come back and update my review for everyone.

This machine has been working really well for the past 2-3 years. I lost the little milk frother tube and can no longer make milk based beverages. I looked to buy it as an accessory but it's not offered.
So now it only makes espresso shots and americanos.

Works great for a plain black coffee and also fancy latte. Clean up takes time but is as expected with these push button espressos. Water tank can be a big larger. Haven't and likely won't use its digital/wifi functionalities.

Was excited to recieve and install the Bosch 800 Series Built In Coffee Machine. After getting it connectted to the WiFi setting up my drinks and making my first cup of coffee, I was truly excited. After the first week the machine began to malfunction, the coffee would not dispense only hot water. It was determined that some coffee was jamming up the system. So after a month now and several calls to their support line, they gave us three service companies in our area to call. We called each one and no one would service our machine. Now we continue to wait on the Bosch service center to esculate to management. Big zero! We have been more than flexible and its been over a month. This machine isn't a direct connect to the waterline which is also a disappointment.
Come on Bosch you can do better! We are returning the machine for a different brand.

We bought this coffee machine last year and didn't install it until after our renovation. We were very excited about it. From the beginning it has never worked properly. The water leaks inside and the grinder doesn't work properly. Since having the machine it has been under repair or broken for the last 8 months. I have been very disappointed with the customer service from the company. This machine should have been replaced months ago but they insist on having it repaired over and over again. It's a great idea but unfortunately I wish I would have never made this purchase.

My wife and I had a "Miele built in" for years but it was time to update. After much research we decided on the Bosch BCM8450UC and so far it has met our expectations. The machine is doing everything as advertised and we are stilll experimenting with new drinks. My wife is the coffee drinker, I'm the tea drinker but we have found ways to experiment with both. The homelink app was a little tough to get up and running but we finally figured it out, not that we use it a lot. So far, so good. Happy with the purchase.

We really love this machine, it truly makes some of the best coffee and drinks weve ever had. The creama on top of the coffee really sets it apart from other machines. I do wish it had more support or how to type videos. It does lack in intstructions. For instance, we cannot figure out how to use the ground coffee bin. Out side of that we are very happy.

We just replaced our well used Bosch with this new dream machine. I loved the one we had for fifteen years but this new one is heaven. It is even easier to use and it has so many more features that I am looking forward to using.

This makes my morning! I used to drink just black coffee but now love experimenting with different drinks. The milk froth is excellent. The rinse function gets annoying but I'm sure is necessary to keep the unit clean and running well. Love that I can customize everything- especially coffee strength and temp. This unit was absolutely worth the money already and we've only lived in our new home for less than 2 months. We love it!

Overall very good and a big hit with the family. Couple suggestions - allow user to skip the "appliance is rinsing" cycle b/c at times the unit turns off or is turned off accidentally right after a rinse this would save user time. Also provide a notice when the coffee ground container is full and should be empty

Everyone said don't do it...I should have listened. After about 2 months of operation, I have ordered two new grinders...cleaned, descaled and reset multiple times.
I have a 3K coffee maker that I can only use the pre-ground drawer. Useless. Do your research. No one services Bosch out in rural America...so make sure you can get it serviced when it inevitably shuts down.

We've had this machine for over 2 years. Every few months and after a few weeks of no usage, it breaks down - the message is always the same "Fill with still water or change filter". No amount of filling or changing or anything, can coax this machine to start working again. It gets stuck at Rinse appliance. Call out charge is over $200 and noone really knows how to fix it. We had the brewing unit changed and it worked until we went on vacation and came back to the same problem as before. This is not a cheap machine but it is certainly acts like a piece of junk. We've wasted $5k on this and it's nothing but trouble. The warranty is expired and we are stuck with a machine that doesn't work. I regret the day I ever heard of Bosch coffee machines. Beyond angry and frustrated with it.

Great coffee but don't know how to use wifi to make cup of coffee without running rinse cycle first. Kind of defeats benefit of making a cup of coffee from bed in morning since you have to dispose of rinse cycle before making a cup. Also, mjne didn't come with the grate shown over the drip pan so there a big hole there so cups don't sit level

Coffee maker was installed 6 months ago and suddenly stopped working without warning. Now the servicing has been a complete nightmare, you cannot get anyone on the phone at Bosch to schedule a service appointment. We ended up paying a trip fee to get K&N to come out and access the service needs. We have now had 3 different service technicians come out and parts on order since August. Love the coffee maker when it did work, but very frustrated with the service and run around with Bosch
