I love the oven so far! Only been in about a month and it does so many things I'm still learning about how to use them all. It's so quiet you can barely tell it's on. My old oven was so loud and took so long to preheat. Not this one. I love the preheat mode! Looking forward to trying to use all of the features!

I love this oven combo! Everything is very convenient and I can use the smaller convection oven when it's just two of us. I was a little disappointed that it does not have the dehydrator feature like my last Bosch oven did. Overall it's a great product!

We love the look of the oven and how quiet it is. Our only complaint is the sound when a timer is done is very quiet and don't always heard if you aren't right there.

I am loving this combination appliance! Everything works great and I especially like the heavy duty rack for the oven. I put it on the bottom to accommodate heavy items like a turkey. The one thing I don't care for is the pull down door on the speed oven. I'm short so it's hard to get items out. I wish it had a door that swung out to the side for easier access. Other than that I think this is a great product. I bought a Bosch oven and microwave for my last house so am familiar with the product and have a Bosch fridge, dishwasher and cooktop as well. Great company with great products.

Turns out the top convection oven doesn't actually heat up or maintain its heat. "That's just the way it is" the repairman told me. Disregard the user manual. It's all lies.

We change our old wall combination because the microwave keep breaking. So we purchased Bosch wall combi. After 2 years of using that combinaison, the microwave broke...the service guy we call, try to fix it at a cost of $600 but redeem my microwave unreparable after less than 3 years of usage. Service from bosh takes more than 3 months to reply any email...when the replied.
The worst is that since it is a combination you have to change the whole set up even though my oven works perfectly fine.
For my experience I would rather pay little more and have both together but purchase separately.
It won't change the look at all only you will have the option of only changing one of them!
So here we go we have a $4000 wall combination but we are using a counter top microwave, very disappointing !

We have had several high end brands of ovens over the years and have found this design to be superior in many ways. Both upper and lower have separate oven cook mode selectors that are intuitive and easy to read. The interior lighting is excellent and what more can be said about the quick preheat - unbelievable. Internal heat temperatures are consistent making multishelf baking and cooking a breeze. Shelving is easy to remove and clean. The info center chiming is audible but not annoying. The oven appearance is modern but blends well with our more traditional style. The oven configuration allowed us to install with minimal changes to the existing cabinetry. Great product in both design and performance.

We bought that unit in april 2018, 2 years after the microwave start doing terrible nose. We had technician her to fixe it cost $600 to have them told us that the part is burned and it is unreparable!
very disapointed... Hope custumer service will do someting for us!

After a long wait...... we received our Bosch combination oven. It was worth the wait. The controls are easy to understand and the performance is excellent. The ball bearing gliding oven rack is very helpful when handling heavy dishes.

I have no complaints about the oven. It works fine, though I still haven't figured out how to edit the temperatures on the probe.
The microwave and convection portions of the microwave are also fine. They seems powerful and cook well.
The design of the microwave is terrible. Because of the top-opening door, it is impossible to clean witout standing on a ladder and it's not that easy then either. The white carousel is also virtually impossible to keep clean. The rack doesn't slide out; it's positioned on 4 flimsy plastic hooks so you need to pick it up and remove it from the oven any time you want to take something out. Even cheap toaster ovens have slide out trays.
The worst part of the microwave is the broiler. It takes about 10 minutes to cook a piece of toast and 20 to brown the top of a casserole. Because the rack doesn't slide out, you need to reach in to flip your toast or remove the rack entirely. The attached photos show a few of the new and older burns I've gotten from touching the broiler element while trying to reach in. I also had a potholder catch on fire. If I was a more litigious person I would sue Bosch.

I have yet to burn a meal with this thing! It convection feature cooks food so evenly! There are so many features that make cooking a breeze. The defrost feature is one of the best I have ever used. A perfect defrost every single time.

49 months later, the microwave door spring failed, which is a $600 repair. 3 months ago the microwave display panel went out, $400. Such a disappointment.
Now we are stuck with buying another bosch microwave, or replacing the entire combo, although the main oven works fine.
I expected everything from Bosch that Whirlpool wasn't. Big Mistake. Never again.

Works well. Difficult to load, racks seem off a bit specifically to handle glasses and cups on top rack.
Seems to clean well, doesn't dry as well as other dishwashers we've had.
Very quiet to operate.

We have only had this appliance about a month but we are very happy with it so far. The oven although the outer dimensions are the same as our old GE, the size and shape of the oven itself is larger by about 20 percent. It heat up to temperature quickly and cools down quickly when turned off. We have found that food cooks quicker in it compared to our old oven and we believe that the reason is that the cooking temperature is more accurate than our old oven. We are very happy with the oven.
Like most people we use the convection microwave more than the oven and we have been happy with this part of the appliance as well. Since we have only had the combo a short time we have not had many opportunities to use the microwave as a convection oven but we are looking forward to doing so.
We have identified a couple of things we don't like and that is what stopped me from giving the appliance 5 stars. First, the microwave is the upper appliance as expected but the door only opens from the top, not from the side like most microwave ovens. That makes it somewhat awkward to put food in as you have to reach a long way to get it on to the rotating plate. My wife and I are short and it is a stretch to put a plate of food into the appliance and then remove it after cooking. I keep a small step stool handy for that purpose. Second, the microwave came with a detail operational guide for its use. The oven did not. When I contacted Bosch I was told the oven's instruction manual is only available online as a PDF document so I had to print 40 pages in order to have a copy in the kitchen while we learned all the various functions of the new oven. Lastly, we have a concern that if one of the appliances needs to be replaced at some point we would be forced to replace both. Hopefully that won't happen.

Microwave display has failed twice. Original part no longer available (wonder why); replacement part # very hard to find.
Unit seems to have low power; radiant cooking is too slow to be useful.
Both ovens pour massive heat into kitchen. Mounted on wall to garage but no practical way to vent oven cabinet anywhere but out the front into kitchen.
Only 4.5 yrs old but we will be replacing soon with a competitors' model.
