Great cooking stove top. The electric portion of the oven cooks a little fast, but I am planing for that as I prepare meals.
The digital clock constantly needs reseting for some reason.
I also hated the fact it took 7 months to get here from the time I placed the order. The retailer had to order a new door because the stove came in with a dent in it, hope it doesn't take 7 months to get here.

I owned my previous Bosch range for 18 years and was very happy with the performance. I do like my new Bosch range, however I roast alot of my food at a high temperature and have had some issues with the control panel. It has been replaced once and seems to be better now, but I believe have the control panel (i.e computer) right where the steam escapes when you open the oven door is not a good design. I am hoping my range does not have any further issues.

The range has five burners with different BTU capability which makes it very flexible. Love the thermometer port for cooking meat. Makes it hard fail at difficult baking such as turkey or pork butt. Very impressive stove. Very happy we bought it.

I purchased this Bosch dual fuel slide in range to replace an electric. I am so happy to have the gas top and the electric oven. I have been really pleased with every feature, especially the brightly lit oven, large oven window and the bottom warming drawer push to open. The gas top gives me simmer control I could not have with my electric glass top range. Very pleased.

I like this stove except I was hoping it had a griddle that fit in place of the middle rack on top. I didn't want an extra griddle to place on top of the unit but a griddle that would be integrated into the unit. The convection oven doesn't seem as warm as my last oven but I will learn the tricks to using it. I do love the stainless stove top and it seems easy to keep clean.

This was incredibly easy to install. It works really well. I espeically like the convection oven. The grills are a bit farther up from the flames than I expected and it does heat up the kitchen when I'm using the range. Something I need to get used to as I changed from all-electric. Overall, it's a really good oven so far. Would recommend.

Getting error E011 messages almost every time you open the door when the oven is on. This shoul not happen.
Oven temp is higher that display states.
Pan of water takes > 20 minutes to boil on the highest output burner
We had Bosch Appliances for many, many years, but never experience an appliance as bad as this one

I love to bake. In fact, choosing an oven was quite a feat as I know so much science and engineering goes into creating the perfect environment for baked goods (breads especially). I choose Bosch because it was considered (in my opinion) more of a deluxe brand, but not too excessive compared to higher-end models. I also liked the duel-fuel option as well as the warming drawer and convection fan. My range did come with its glitches, which were addressed a few weeks afterwards through a reputable warranty provider. The oven does alert you when it's preheated and when food is ready; however, you'll need to be close by as the chime sounds infrequently. Overall, this is a great oven minus a few hiccups here and there.

thus far we feel that this wass one of the best purchases that we have ever made. we have been using this product for about a month and the only thing that we would like to see improved is the the kitchen timer. when the timer goes off the sound is so low that when the sound goes off it can not be heard unless you are right nest to the unit. if this is something that you would improve on i hope it could be an up grade to an existing unit

I LOVE this duel fuel oven. Tha gas range has 5 burners, with the center burner being the largest. It works great and is easy to clean. The electric oven is easy to operate and cooks food evenly. The oven is also very easy to clean with its self cleaning option. Love it!!

I like most everything about the range except the fact that the control panel is very sensitive. I have to keep it locked otherwise any close contact turns it on. The surface streaks easily. My Dacor had no issues

I love my new Bosch Duel Fuel Side-in-
Range. It has so many nice features that it make cooking easy. I like all the programing I can do with the oven to bake or convection cook with little effort. The gas top is great with five burners and I feel the electric oven gives me better heat control. It has a nice stainless streel finish which matches my all my other Bosch appliances. Also easy to see control pannel. Just a great product.

First, allow me to say that we are really experienced cooks in our household. We got the 30" Bosch 800 Series, because of Bosch's reputation and the warming drawer. We are very disappointed. The range has a design problem, either the burners are too low, or the grates are too high, so there is too much space between the fire and your pot or pan. It takes FOREVER even to boil water. You will never get a good sizzle with this range, and you have to be REALLY PATIENT to brown chicken or meat. When it does, the meat is often already dry because it took so long to brown. The only "good burners" are the center one and the one to the right. The two small burners at the back are almost useless.
Also, bad quality control. One knob is at a lower level than the rest, and the warming drawer does not close evenly, it protrudes on one side (I have already tripped twice with it). Hope you learn from our mistake.

We love this stove over all. My only complaint is that when brand new, I had an issue where the touch panel was not responding consistently. I took off the front panel and wiggled all the electrical contacts and now it seems to be working well. This is why I rated 4/5 instead of 5/5.

We are so pleased with this range. It is a beautiful stove with many extra features, one most notable being that if a breeze might blow out a lit gas burner, the burner will automatically re-light. I don't mean to gush, but we love this stove!

Our new range is nice. But we really struggle to get water to boil. I thought that gas was supposed to heat up quicker than electric. At this point our old electric cook top was faster to boil water than the new gas range from Bosch. In some of our smaller stainless steel pans the water will never boil. I think the burners are too far away from the pans.

Disappointed in Bosch as a temp probe was missing with my stove. We built a new home which took much longer because of Covid. When I contacted the company about the missing piece they said it was past warranty and would not send one. Also said I bought it at a dent and scratch which I did not. Also have random error messages on stove. I am very disappointed in Bosch and will not purchase another appliance from them in the future. So many companies used Covid as an excuse for issues but as a consumer I cannot do the same. Pathetic

I love this gas range and electric oven combo. Only issue is that I wish the left front burner was as big/hot as the front right. That is just what I am used to, however. I'll adjust to using the front right and one of the other bigger burners when I want to have two big pots going hot at the same time.

Great appliance, but in it's first 6 months, it started sparking constantly when the burners were not on. And I've been waiting 6 months for the parts to get it fixed...
So we have to live with it off at the breaker, and keep a burner going anytime we use the oven. Pretty frustrating warranty experience and no real word on when we might get the replacement part.

We had a Bosch Dual Fuel Range for about 12 years loved it. It finally bit the dust. We didn't think Bosch could improve on a good thing (except maybe changing out plastic knobs for metal ones), but they did. Love everything about the Range. Things that make this Range great....... 1. Did not think 5 burners would fit on our size range and allow for use of multiple burner at the same time,, but they do. 2. Find I use the large center burner alot. It's nice when frying. Now grese spatters land on the easy to clean stainless cooktop and not on the floor and counter. 3. The simmer setting really means simmer, NOT slow boil. 4. Started doing pandemic bread baking.....baked goods did well in the old stove, but in this oven they come out incredible! If I do say so myself. 5. Great display panel, pretty easy-to-use. 6. Warming drawer is an improvement over the old. I could go on, but time to get cooking.

The Bosh HD18056U was installed on Saturday March 20, 2021. It's a beautiful, stylish range except for one feature that I assumed came with all modern ranges. That feature is DELAY START oven. That feature enables you to program the temperature, start time and duration bake time. It's convenient when you're out of the house for a period of time and want your food completed on your return. You just program the timer and forget it. If this is unimportant to you, then by all means purchase the range. As for me, I'm disappointed in the range for that reason.

Our building contractor purchased this appliance from an appliance store and installled it in our building. We have had issues with error codes and burners shutting off when the door is opened. we are unable to reach Bosch customer service and the appliance store refuses to come out to look.

I have this for over 1 year but it was not installed until the next June.
the 1 year warrenty is over. I have had to cook longer and hotter than a recipe suggested.
I bought a oven thermometer to check the calibration. its low by 50 degrees. the manual to reset this does not match what i see on my screen. Otherwise the range is good.

I've had this range for a month now. I love it. The oven is so big. I can fit numerous items in to bake with no problems. The range top is nice and easy to keep clean. Wipes clean with just a wet sponge. The touch pad is very sensitive. Sometimes just a dish towel will set something off.
