This range does a nice job of cooking. The burners on top heat quickly and the variety of sizes is good. The front knobs and display for the oven are easy to use. I especiallly like that there is a warming drawer and a proof setting for breads. The only thing I don't like is that when you set the timer, it turns the oven off when the timer goes off. That is not helpful! I now only use the microwave timer to time things in the oven.

I've had my new gas range for two months now and I'm very happy. The electronics are easy to use. The heating elements work great and I have great control of the heat settings. Everything about the range is heavy duty and well made. I even like the warming drawer. I've used it for waffles.

I've been using the range for about a year.
I'm not much of a cook but I've used the burners on the range at least once a week. They light really quickly and easily so I am pretty happy with that function. I've used the oven function no more than 10 times in the past year and it seems okay. It takes about 10 minutes or so to preheat the oven to 425. Unfortunately, after about 7 or 8 months after install, the igniter for the bake function failed (hence the 4 stars), so I had to contact Bosch to get it fixed. That was disappointing since I hardly used it at all during the past year. It took a few months to get an appointment to get it fixed, but they did not charge me to fix it.

Performance wise, it works about the same as my brand new frigidaire range that came with the remodeled house. The sound from the oven function is not pleasant at all. The range attracts finger print easily and very difficult to clean....used special cleaner for stainless steel surface, still leaving a huge streak. I ended up using just the basic Dawn and sponge to get that clean...it's a constant battle with my cat walking on top of the stove top. I wish I had gotten a Wolf range instead.

The cook top is very easy to keep clean, the oven works perfectly, and, though I haven't needed to use it yet, it has a self-cleaning feature. I haven't figured out how to use the warming drawer, but I'm sure I'll "warm-up " to it

My range has been in use for 3-1/2 years. It works perfectly and I have had no issues. I expected this since I have had several Bosch dishwashers and always been pleased with them. I bought all Bosch appliances for my new home and they have been in use for 3-1/2 years. The range and dishwasher are great. The over the range microwave has had several issues and I am replacing with a different brand. The refrigerator began to have an issue this week. I have detailed these problems in separate reviews. At the end of the day, I am still a fan of Bosch dishwashers and have no complaints with their range. I wish the other appliances worked as well as these.

We just completed a kitchen remodel (2nd home we've done in the past 3 years). When it came to choosing appliances, we went right to Bosch. The quality is exceptional. You can see it in the heavy duty grates and control knobs for the burners. The oven heats up in a reasonable amount of time, and we like the variety of burners. The digital control pad is very clear and intuitive. I would recommend an extended warranty if you can get it, as the electronics are exposed to a lot of heat.

This slide-in range is one of the best I have used!! It was super easy to install for my team and the functions are very easy to understand. The stovetop is really spacious and heats very well. The oven is also easy to use and does not give off heat to the surrounding. The warming drawer is also a nice touch!

Great stove. I bought it because I needed the open unfinished sides due to where my gas line is located. Down side: the front touch screen is WAY too sensitive. Just lightly brushing against the screen with a cloth is enough to activate the buttons. I would prefer to have to actually put pressure on the buttons for them to be activated. It would be great if the top grates above the burners were interchangeable. Simply making the front side of the grates the same as the back should accomplish this. That way you could just rotate them to switch sides. Upside: It is easy to clean. I really like the way it has the built in lip on the sides to cover the edges of the counters. That prevents anything from falling through the cracks.

Once we got the right rear burner fixed love the stove. Issue with right rear burner was natural gas orifice had to be changed out to convert to Propane. Whatever thread lock/torque spec used at factory would not allow origice removal. Sheared off at threads. Had to wait one month for new burner assembly. All was covered by warranty, just a pain waiting.

We have owned our Bosch 800 Series gas range about 2.5 years. It is an excellent product. The cooktop is easy to precisely control, and very easy to keep clean. The oven heats quickly and holds true temperature very well. The two heat level warming drawer is a nice touch, and has proved very useful when cooking things in stages.

I didn't realize how bad my old stove was until I got my new Bosch. This stove is a gem. Everything cooks evenly. It's looks so nice in my kitchen. I was worried about the stainless cook top on it. I bought Weimans stainless cleaner and it keeps it nice and shiny with no fingerprints.
My only complaint is with the so called expert that installed it. I should have known because the first thing he did was take my dish towel to lay his tool box on. After he hooked it up I found blue gluey stuff on my kitchen wellness mat and on the floor and granite countertop. To make matters worse he left about a 1 1/2" opening between the back of the stove and the wall. He said he could put a strip of foam back there. Really? I paid $2600 for a stove and have it installed this way. He did finally attempt to get it closer to the wall. The week after it was installed, I found the back support leg laying jammed near the front of the stove. So the leg came off and the stove is being supported by the overlap of the stove onto the granite. I cannot get the leg out because the weight of the stove has it jammed. I also had to give the expert my own gliders to slide it in, otherwise he would have ripped up the vinyl floor. Guess the expert never heard of gliders. Other than the lousy install, I love the stove. Oh and the expert scratched my wall bringing the stove in.

We love our Bosch double oven, especially the convection baking mode. Our oven seems to run a bit cooler than our previous one, but bakes evenly and is simple to use. If I were to make 2 design changes (these aren't major), I'd allow the user to turn on the light just in the oven that's being used (the light button lights up both ovens); and (2) I'd give the user a bit more time to set the correct temperature... once it locks in, you have to start all over to go higher or lower on the temp. On the whole, very pleased.

I have had this new range for approximately 5 weeks. I have meticulously cleaned it after each use ensuring that no foods or liquids sit for very long on the surface. Sadly after 3 weeks I noticed small speckles of what looks like rust forming around the largest middle burner. Slowly I see signs of more rust on another burner. Given the short amount of time and expense of this appliance, I am so very disappointed. It makes me wonder if there will be other problems? I also don't know how long I can expect the burners to last given the rust.

Excellent design and performance of burners. Thermostat in oven is challenging as it's 50+ degrees cooler than the setting. After one month, I'm still experimenting with the "Off-set" and "Auto Convection" settings and think eventually I will master the discrepency. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have had my Bosch range for approximately 1 month, and I am very pleased with it. I have never had the large center burner, and I'm amazed at how often I use it. I love the clean, sleak look, and I especially like the overhang lip. Before I purchased the Bosch, I bought a less expensive range, but the gap between my countertop was not a good look. I kept that range for 1 week and returned it. The Bosch looks perfect.

We are enjoying getting to know the Bosch. It is everything its advertised to be. Easy to use, features are great and cooks beautifully. The only downside is that the cooktop requires wiping down after every use as the residue from cooking, no matter how slight, is really obvious on the stainless steel. Its a great addition to our home.

This range has just the right amount of functions for even the best of cooks! It is very sharp-looking and cleans up well. I love the panel lock feature that helps to keep from turning on the oven by mistake if you are cleaning or working at the stove. The warming drawer is an excellent feature for party tray appetizers!

Looks great and love cooking with this stove/oven. There is a lot of space on top and the oven temperature is very consistent. The main bummer is that it's easy for crumbs to fall into the seam between the control panel and the range top.

We absolutely LOVE this range. It was awesome to find a range that actually had 5 burners. That said, there is one major change I would make and Bosch should make.
It is somewhat useless to have the 2 large burners so close togethe i.e. one in the front and the other in the middle as there is not the room to use 2 large pans! (which is one of the reasons I purchased the product.) The two largest burners should be in front as there would be plenty of room for 2 canners or stew pots or pressure cookers by doing that.
I hope you will take that into consideration and a gas range like that will be available for my next purchase . . .as I am already looking for a new home! ;)
