I am very happy with this dishwasher. It is so quiet and I love the delay feature. It cleans the dishes very well and my dishes are so dry once the cycle is finished. One complaint...the top rack for silverware doesn't like to stay clicked in place sometimes. Not a huge deal though.

This dishwasher is excellent, dishes come out sparkling clean. Didn't think I would like the top shelf, but finding it to be very versatile. Lots of room for dishes of all shapes and sizes. I also like the controls on the front panel - you can see where you are in the cycle and how much time is left. Best of a ll it is super quiet.

I can't believe I waited almost a year for this dishwasher. I bought this as part of a kitchen remodel thinking I was treating myself to the best. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! It doesn't work as well as the inexpensive Frigidaire it was replacing. I am constantly having to rewash dishes, especially things in the third shelf, even just measuring cups used in baking. Silverware in the basket (eating end up) also often need to be rewashed. I am not doing anything differently than I have been for many years but the results from this Bosch are terrible. I am using the same detergent tables and rinse aid. I can't get any help from Bosch. Customer Service is impossible to reach. Just measured the water temp coming out of my tap at 128 degrees F and the temp of the water in the dishwasher is 82 degrees F. How is that possible?

My neighbor suggested that we look at this dishwasher, which she has used successfully for years. It replaced a quite adequate RCA Whirlpool. However, we had always rinsed all the dishes before inserting. No longer!!! This pearl cleans everything -- get the loose food off and pop the dish in! We've tried a number of different settings, and all of them clean the dishes splendidly. Yes, it's expensive, but the peace of mind, knowing the dishes will not need to be examined or re-washing, is worth a lot. Note: Because you put dishes in without rinsing, be careful to clean the filter every month and to refresh the machine and drain with a lemon cycle periodically (see YouTube video for that one, or ask your appliance dealer). I will never accept another dishwasher in my home.

Brand new dishwasher, only ran 2 loads through it before it goes bananas. Now the dishwasher refuses to go into any mode other than the default AUTO/Crystal Dry... and that mode is not good at cleaning dishes.
Then if you try to get support... NOTHING. Disappointing beyond belief.

We bought this dishwasher 3 months ago, it stopped working on and off after we had it for 3 weeks and it has yet to work consistently for more than two weeks at a time. Bosch has sent the same tech out 3 times who keeps telling us and Bosch it is not fixalbe yet Bosch will not replace the unit. We spend almost $1,700 on a dishwasher and we are washing our own dishes every night. We cannot even get a manager at Bosch to speak with us. Worst appliance we have ever bought and horrible service. Don't waste your money.

I only have a couple of little complaints. First, do not put any type of magnet on here or it will leave a permanent mark. Secondly, it has a weird smell inside of it (this was even before I ran it myself). Third, it does not dry very well at all. But I love how quiet it is and how it makes glass looks amazing, and the 3rd silverware shelf is amazing

The dishwasher has all the hookups including a normal 120V plug on the back. The unit is so quiet you have to look at it to see that it's running. As a bonus, I got a $50 rebate from my electric company for installing a high efficiency appliance.

I ordered my dishwasher in July 2021 and it finally was manufactured and delivered May 10, 2022. It was a long 10 months without a dishwasher! But well worth it as this is a very large machine that holds significant number of plates, dishes, bowls, etc. Love the 3rd rack for cutlery. It is very quiet and cleans well.

I had to wait 2 months for it to come in, but it was worth the wait. Easy to load, cleans wonderfully, and all my dishes are completely dry when done. I use the top rack for my silverware. So putting them away is a breeze. I can grab all of one type at once and put them in the drawer. The only negative is it takes a long time but so does all the dishwashers now. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

I waited 9 months to get my Bosch dishwasher but it was definitely worth it! It cleans coffee stains out of cups that were stained for quite awhile. Everything comes out sparking clean and dry. It's so quiet you don't know it's running unless you look at the display. I love this dishwasher!

I had some doubts on whether any dishwasher was worth this price point but after having it a month, I can say with certainty this Bosch dishwasher has delivered beyond expectations. With the electrical kit ($25), it was an easy install to replace my old Whirlpool, which had a fault in the control board and just would not clean properly anymore. This Bosch not only cleans dishes far better and without as much prep/pre-clean work, it's also way, way quieter. When we ran the old Whirlopool, we couldn't be in the next room watching TV without it being an annoynce. This Bosch is so quiet, you'll wonder if it's actually running. I like the visible front display much more than the readings/settings on top of the door, as was the case with the Whirlpool. All-in-all, an excellent, well-made appliance

This is the second Bosch diswasher we have owned. We bought the first one because its noise rating was far above the others. This new one was purchased because we did a renovation, and there was no question that is would be another Bosch. It is quiet and the dishes come out spotless! Also, we really like the new top tray that we use for cooking utensils. They were always in the way before. Get a Bosch. You will not regret it.

At first glance this Bosch dishwasher seems just super attractive. But operation is what counts. I have had to check to see if it running when I start it. It is jus absolutely silent. The two basic racks feature very flexible and innovative systems that allow any number of configurations for different items. I am still discovering new possibilities. In the most standard of arrangements the load of dishes is giant. I thought the top third rack was just a nice gimmick but I have been surprised just what a needed extra it is.
A dishwasher is just a basic item for most households. This Bosch just makes a core task much much easier.

One of the rows in the top rack is a bit too narrow for today's oversized mugs; I have very few glasses or cups that fit in it. But the machine is almost silent, except when it drains, and it gets peanut butter and cream cheese off utensils, which my old dishwasher could not do.

My finally-after -a-seven-month-wait Bosch dishwasher arrived and is installed and washing and perfectly drying dishes including plastics. It replaced my 11 year old Bosch of the same model. They are both quiet but the configuration of all three racks is quite different. The newer configured racks do not hold nearly as much as the old which is most disappointing. My silverware doesn't fit in well and my wine goblets don't fit under the third rack. Bring back the older rack configuration I'd advise. I saved my old racks and plan on changing them if they'll fit. In addition, I miss the Owner's Manual. It is bothersome to have to go on-line, log-in and then search. It was far more convenient to just open the manual.

I purchased this dishwasher as it had great reviews. It is extremely quiet and does a good job. I gave it 4 stars because if you lower the second shelf for wine glasses, the dinner plates do not fit on the bottom. So I compromise with tilted wine glasses. But the compromise works. Also, the buttons to start the machine are a little hard. But I'm still glad I purchased it. Good choice.

We love how quiet it is but there are a few drawbacks to its functionality. For starters there is no drying cycle. That's the biggest deterrent. Also, we've noticed that the rack for cups is rather shallow so you need to watch where you put larger cups (yetis, tumblers) as it won't close because of the third rack (which we love). Since the spokes are angled differently than other manufacturers, We're still adjusting to where to place bowls and plates to get the most space used. Overall it's a great machine.

I bought the 800 Series in May 2018. Jan 2022, I began get error code 25, went through the trouble shooting tasks recommended, reviewed youtube for self solutions, but eventually had to call for service. Bottom line is the compressor is shot. New compressor coming this week. I only use this machine on an average of 2-3 times monthly. It is quiet which is why I bought Bosch as well as the brand name (had hi expectations of superior quality), but I never expected a product with the Bosch name and reputation to need service so early. The first sign that I should never have bought a Bosch product is the warranty on the dishwasher.
I should have kept the builder's dishwasher (in hindsight) which lasted 11 years without a service call and still running when I replaced, but I needed to update my kitchen, hence the Bosch dishwasher and it's claim for quiet (and it is quiet!). Bottom line, lower your expectations with Bosch products. They get a rating of 3 because it is no better than other dishwashers, but it is quiet as claimed.

In the old version you could load your dishwasher, set the delay and hit start. If you then loaded another dish or cup, you just closed the door and the delay would STILL start. It worked better. Now, you have to load the cup, and then remember to hit the start button (On Delay) again. This is annoying and causes your dishes to not be washed as someone adds something at the end of the night, and then the dishwasher doesn't run.

Our new Bosch is even better than our last one which lasted over 20 years. The electronic touch buttons are wonderfully sensitive and the dishwasher is so quiet you practically have to put your ear against it to hear it running. Dishes come out very clean. Highly recommend this product even though the price is higher than you might want to spend.
