Super clean

This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted 16 years. It was still cleaning when we decided to replace it. This new dishwasher is great. It cleans well and everything comes out clean and with no food left on it. It is very versatile with the upper third rack which can hold small ramekins or fruit bowls and several cooking utensils. It took awhile to figure out how best to load it. I probably need to adjust the racks because some of my glasses are too tall for the second rack. I put everything I can in it including pots and pans. In over one year only 2 items have come out with food left on them. I don't rinse them so I'm surprised that they come out so clean. It is very quiet. I sometimes have trouble keeping the door outside spotless but the Bosch cleaner has helped that.

This is literally the most expensive and the worst Dishwasher I have ever purchased. I thought I was moving up in the World when I could afford a Bosch. Not even close. I am 1 year into owning this dishwasher and I hate it more and more everyday. And this is their top of the line reference washer. I don't even know where to start. The 3rd rack is useless, not only b/c it doesn't clean, but b/c you can hardly fit small glasses below it. The bottom rack is SO frustrating b/c the tines only allow about half the normal load due to the weird spacing of the tines. And don't even get me started on pulling out the bottom rack, b/c it comes off the guides EVERTIME. And you have to wrench it back and forth to get it back on the tracks to close the machine... And you know what, even all these frustrations would be worth it b/c Bosch cleans better than all the others. NOT! See photo. It barely cleans the bottom rack and oh yeah, the butter knives NEVER come out clean. Horrible. Please save yourself the hassle/expense and STAY AWAY!

Disappointed inn the construction of the item. Bottom drawer comes off the track and is aquward to get back on track. For as expensive as this product is, this is unacceptable. The rack configuration is confusing.
