I had to replace my Frigidaire dishwasher after 12 years. So I bought a Bosch. I don't like the configuration of the three racks on the inside. I had to stop using the top rack which is for silverware and flat utensils because the second rack was then too short for most of my glassware. I am also not used to having items inside the dishwasher after a lengthy wash and extra dry still come out with a lot of moisture and water on the pieces. This new technology of no heater element on the bottom really sucks.

We bought this dishwasher because it was what we could get. It is not intuitive at all. No 'Use & Care Manual" was included. We wanted to start the dishwasher for the first time. The 'Quick Start Manual' was included. We adjusted the setting for rinse aid etc. then tried to start the dishwasher on Speed60 setting. It was set to Auto by default & would not allow us to use any other setting. It did not work the way the Quick Start Guide said to do it. I went online & found a youtube video & was able to use the Speed60 setting by going through an annoying process. I am unable to change the default setting to Speed60 so I have to go through this stupid process every time I start the dishwasher. I don't understand why using this dishwasher needs to be so convoluted & you don't even get a manual to help you figure it out. I still don't know how to cancel if I change my mind about the cycle or running it. I hate this pain-in-the rear dishwasher. My old one was tripping the electrical circuit so was no longer safe to use & there is a big supply issue right now. 99% of our loads will clean just fine on Speed60. I wish I could make it the default but can't seem to do it. Maybe I'll look on you tube some more.

Having experienced significant disappointments with our previous dishwasher, we looked forward to buying a Bosch, like several of our children had! Unfortunately, none of the feature-rich models (500 or 800 Series) were available near us, so we picked up this 100 Series unit.
It has served us well, is quiet, does a good job cleaning, and is a prize in its price range.
Only two shortcomings so far (one minor): While the third (upper) tray is very handy for some things, we have noticed that sometimes utensils are still soiled there, requiring another run-through (this unit does not have a full-size spray arm on top). The minor issue: the silverware basket is quite small and not terribly useful!

So far, this has been a great dishwasher. First, the use of internal space is very efficient and allows for loading more dishes than most. Cleaning is superb and it runs extremely quietly. The rapid wash mode is great and is what I use most of the time. The Bosch design using the metal liner takes advantage of the hot water you're putting in there and sanitizes very well. Only time will tell if it has a mechanical failure that resulted in a minor kitchen flood similar to my last Bosch.

Just bought our second Bosch dishwasher. First one will be tough act to follow. Quiet, beautiful, efficient machine lasted over 20 years. Long time since we've been in market. We KNEW we'd get a Bosch, but wanted to stay with black (in concert with kitchen), so that, and current global supply issues presented a challenge. We opted for this one, but frankly struggled to learn all the features right-of-center; ie, delay, sanatize,delicate, etc. Didn't get a user's guide, either. It's been a bit frustrating, but are content to use normal, speed60, auto & rinse once in while. Again, hope this lives up to expectations. It will be tough to stay on top.

We've had a couple Bosch dishwashers over the years and appreciated them because they were so quiet. Unfortunately that is not the case with the 100 Series model we purchased 6 months ago. Its so loud, we need to turn-up the volume on our TV in an adjacent room when its running. If you're looking for a quiet dishwasher, avoid this model.

This will NOT dry anything besides porcelain plates and SOME metal silverware. Everything else comes out dripping wet. I have to wipe off MY FLOOR after every load because water from the wet items pours out from their crevices in an unpredictable way. This is after using the "Extra Dry" mode - which is a total lie. This is the most regrettable purchase of any product I've ever bought. Ever. I'm SO angry. This was expensive. Bring back the heating element! The planet, humanity and cute little animals will survive, I promise. This effort to conserve energy has gone too far. You'd be better off to just wash and dry your dishes by hand in the sink if our only option is useless machines like this.

The quietest and roomiest dishwasher I ever had ! I am a believer in saving water and energy and this machine has room for a whole lot of dirty dishes/utensils which allows me to run less often.
I find the extra shelf above top rack for big utensils and small things a big plus. Good thinking on your part !

Cleans well. I hate the bottom rack in front - nothing fits - supposed to be for bowl - they don't fit - too narrow. Waste of space. Also flatware holder is way too small. I kept my flatware holder from my other dishwasher. I like the handle in front and the 3rd rack to serving utensils.

This is my 2nd Bosch DW. I love the machine, the floor light, the ease of operation. I had to purchase a Bosh silver baset set as the one it came with was cleap and flimsy! The other thing is the bottom rack does not slide in or out smoothly. Other than these 2 livable inconveniences, the operation and result are what I expect from BOSCH. Just don't be so frugal with the utensil basket! It was worth the $30 I paid to have what I should have been provided with!

We purchased this from a major appliance retailer during the pandemic and were limited to a very few dishwashers in stock. This dishwasher has far less loading capacity than my previous GE Profile dishwasher. When I adjust the middle rack so that I am able to load a pot or a colandar, I am unable to load a cutting board or a baking sheet on the lower rack. I had read a review prior to our DW being delivered that stated they wished they had saved the silverware basket from their old DW, so I was able to do that. The silverware basket that comes with this model is ridiculously small, and would not hold a day's worth of silverware for a family of three. I do like the third, top rack that is designed to lay your silverware on its side for loading cooking utensils and shallow ramekins and plastic storage containers and lids.
The dishwasher is super quiet, and cleans well, but it only receives three stars because I have to wash my pots, pans, baking sheets by hand every night, when I was able to load all of those in my previous GE Profile.

It does do a really good job of cleaning and I like the silverware tray on top.
One thing that I didn't expect when I bought it was the 2 hour and 10 minute wash cycle. When the cycle is done, everything inside is soaking wet. You have to hand dry or open the door 45 degrees for 8 hours to let everything air dry. That is not good.
By the way, why doesn't the dishwasher door stay open at a small opening? Why do I have to open it 45 degrees before I find a place where the door will stay open?
My sister has a one year earlier model. She rinsed a few dishes and put them in the dishwasher before leaving on vacation for 2 weeks. When she got back, there was lots of mold inside the dishwasher. The core of the mold growth was the filter/drain that typically holds about 2 cups of water. Again, not good.
The effort to open the door all the way is higher than it needs to be. You can't pull out the bottom rack without the door all the way open. As a senior citizen, I find it hard to bend over far enough to open, and later close, the door all the way.
Overall, this product doesn't seem very well thought out.
