I bought this range as part of my kitchen renovation project. It was installed in December, 2022. I have only used the oven once or twice since December because the digital control panel stops working. The digital control panel has been replaced twice. It was suppose to be replaced today but the wrong control panel was shipped. I am about to ask Electrolux for a replacement oven. I entertain and because of the oven, I have had to have the food catered twice. I host a large family Easter lunch (April 9) and now am dealing with the possibility of no oven going on 5 months. I will see how Electrolux responds to replacing this oven.

Just purchased the range and so far we like it. Lighting the duel flame burners is a little bit tricky and the ignition process seems a little backwards, but other than that so far, so good.

On the downside, cooling fan is noisy and comes on with just the cooktop (and oven, of course). Stays on for about 10 mins even after you turn everything off. Oven controls are tricky to learn, and user manual is not necessarily accurate (how to set the time; knob control layout). Knob controls are odd - why doesn't far right control front right burner? On the upside, burners get blazing hot or super low; oven capacity and big window are great; truly continuous grates are like adding counterspace; overall design is beautiful.

I have never had a gas range, I have had electric coil and electric glass top ranges (both slow to heat items) and induction cooktops (great at heating). So when we got our new home I was unsure of this beautiful new range, I have found it very easy to use and very efficient at cooking. It is sleek and modern with plenty of room to cook. Cleaning is not as simple as with a glass top range but once the metal has cooled it cleans up easily

We absolutely love this range. I own a cookie business and I was having terrible issues with my old oven. This one cooks evenly, there is a nice range of temperature when using the stovetop, and it™™s easy to use. I love the fact that the temperature is shown digitally since that is not common with 36™ ranges.

Have been using my new range for about 2 months now and absolutely love it the oven features are amazing proofing bread, broiling, convection bake all work as advertised. And the cooktop is professional level with heavy duty great and plenty of heating power. And by the way this range is beautiful. So glad I I made the decision to purchase this model. Be prepared for new construction. The specs say it needs a 30 amp circuit minimum but it comes with a 40 amp power cord. Found out the hard way 2-3x.Just giving contractors a heads up.

We rec'd, and paid for our new range in June 2022 - we were really excited to finally get a range after over 1 year of waiting due to Covid. Needless to say, the heat in the oven did not work, nor did the knob that controlled the clock, increase/decrease oven heating from 350, the lights, etc, did NOT work. We asked for this new, and expensive, range to be replaced with a new one, and we were told "no" and that it had to be tried and fixed first. So here we are, still without a working range! Supposedly someone to come and fix the range next week, and then if it doesn't work, consideration will e given to real it -UNREAL!! We were going to order the matching appliances, but have doubts now. Plus we're really concerned with what could/might happen with this range once supposedly repaired.

The oven works perfectly and has great options. Very happy with oven. The burners are awkward as they actually do not allow both inside and outside rings to go down to a low temp at the same time. But the biggest issue is the fan behind the burners. I do not understand how the engineers added this fan - level with the burners - without ANY possibility of accessing the area for cleaning. The pictures on the website look like the fan is raised a bit, but it is really level with the burners. Grease and food fall into this fan regularly and there is no way to open the grate or clean it in any way. We clean the cooktop but cannot clean behind the burners. Very disappointed. Talked with customer support and they say we are correct - that there is no way to clean it. Yikes.

I love my new dual fuel range having never used a gas range I am so happy with how fast the gas burners heat food or water also the infinite range of flame heights. The cooktop stainless steel surface is so easy to keep clean because the cast iron grates lift out so easily. The oven is huge. Never a problem with finding enough space inside to cook whatever you want

We just received our new 36" Duel-fuel Freestanding range and we love it! It has so many great features including timed cooking, delayed cooking, proofing, and convection baking. The timed cooking is a great feature especially for busy families with evening activities and it allows us to put something in the oven, program it cook for a specified amount of time and then it shuts off on it's own! Also, as you can see from the pictures, there is a rack in the oven with telescopic guides that allow you to pull the rack all the way out to check the temperature or check for doneness. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. While we haven't used it yet, we are very excited that this has a steam clean function. since I HATE using oven cleaner due to the fumes. Using the knobs on the front of the stove take a little getting used to but we got the hang of it quickly. It also looks very nice in our newly remodeled kitchen!

We finally got our dual fuel range hooked up to gas and I we are over the moon about this new addition to our kitchen. From the extra large convection oven to the continuous grates on top, we LOVE this range. We work in the restaurant industry and finding a dual fuel range was at the top of the list when searching for appliances. And while some people might think this is too big, it is 100% worth making the extra room. I cannot wait until Thanksgiving dinner to put this thing through the real paces. We cook on copper cookware, so having a gas range was a must, the added bonus of continuous grates for when we are using our cast iron is so special! Plus convection in the oven is a game changer when making breads or making pizzas at home.
