This product creates moisture around the seal, allowing lint to collect in between the door and where the door seals. Customer service has been so poor in responding to the issue. I called them out quickly after purchase and they told me it was my vent, not the dryer. I had the vent inspected and cleaned. Twice. I then tested the ventilation directly to the outside. Same issue. They came out and said the problem isn't related to the dryer, so even though it's a persisting problem, they can't do anything. They then sent a master technician who said "there is no ventilation issue, your vent is fine, this is not a problem. But, it's probably because you have a/c in this room." When I told him that other dryers we've had do not have the problem in a/c rooms, he said "well all dryers are different". So it's a design flaw...but they won't do anything about it.They have since hung up on me twice and on FB the customer service keeps changing their mind about whether they want to help me at all.Strongly recommend AGAINST anything electrolux.

My objective was to purchase a very basic dryer now that my kids are gone and it was just me and my spouse using the dryer. I added up coming across a good deal on a new Electrolux dryer. At first it seem to too much for what I needed. However, I found the features that it did offer were features I found useful. The best part is it™™s very user friendly so I wasn™™t overwhelmed by trying to figure out how to use it. The other nice feature of the dryer is the dry boost. For the most part it will dry the clothes in the time frame it states. I found that for heavier clothes it does take a little longer.

I have had Electrolux in the past, I just bought a new dryer, and after 95 minutes still didn't dry an average load of clothes. It takes about 60 minutes to dry 6 kitchen towels and a few socks. Is this normal? I have service coming to look at it, I am very disappointed in the efficiency/lack of drying.

The Electrolux dries clothes as it should. It's bigger and faster than my previous dryer. The only issue I had was a noise it made after warming up, which was repaired by Electrolux quickly.

Very happy with the purchase. They both work extremely well. Fast, quiet, and do a great job. Nice upgrade. Needed set that was stackable and these were chosen do to price and other features. We replaced our older Electrolux dryer with this model a year ago. It is not as good. The drying sensor doesn't seem to work, always over dries. That being said we usually run it on the timer only and it's shortest time is 30 minutes and there is no touch up cycle like the previous one. This version is not better than our previous one. Our previous one was not all that either- we replaced the heating element twice in it. It also seems like it turns a little too fast, don't tumble like they should and don't dry as evenly. Overall- I wish I had looked at other brands. But when you can't dry your clothes in the middle of winter you feel the pressure to buy.

The dryer is amazing. We purchased the product for its capacity, 8 cubit!! We got more! The clothes come out soft and supple; not hot and crispy (over dried). We wash large loads and needed a dryer that could wash the washed load all at once. A little pricey but we look to have it for many years which makes the over all cost affordable.

I™™ve seen and heard of their products in the Philippines not not so much in the US. So far I think it was a great buy. Only concern is that it has too many options. Most of the time I just want to dry my clothing on high for 60 minutes and be done.

This is a pretty solidly made dryer, but doesn™™t dry as well as it should. The thicker stuff like towels are still damp when you take out a load. Kinda sad how much you have to pay for average, or below these days.

I picked this dryer specifically because it can dry 8 cubic feet of laundry. It™™s in my moms Airbnb rental. It gets a lot of use and it gets the job done. It replaces a dryer that leashed 23 years. The only nit I would say is that it™™s very thin walled so make sure no one touches the side when it™™s on. I accidentally brushed up along the side and the drum wall was so thin is rubbed.
