I live in a 3 year old new construction which came with a new Electrolux microwave. About a month ago the door handle came loose on one side. I had Electrolux repair professional come to fix and they said it could not be fixed because the model is discontinued. Keep in mind I had to pay a fee for the technician to come out.I purchased a new Electrolux Microwave oven to replace the damaged one. Also paid fees for installation and haul away of the old one. On delivery date the technician said he did not have a special tool required to remove the old microwave from the wall. It's now been almost a week since new microwave box has been left on my kitchen floor. I have called Electrolux a few times since and no one has contacted me to schedule to come back to complete this job. The lack of diligence to get this resolved is quite disappointing.

Shopping was easy and all the info I needed/wanted was available (which I appreciate) nothing worse than having to run all over with model numbers to different websites looking for info.. scheduling delivery was a breeze, shipping didn™™t take long, and appliances were packed well (I bought this and many others at the same time).. they are currently being installed in our new build, so I™™ll update as we use them) overall our shopping experience has been great.

Replaced a GE profile unit in our recently purchased home with this Electrolux unit. This microwave is extremely easy to use. The controls are very intuitive. I also like how the inside doesn™™t smell like the food you cooked for hours after use. The heating feels like it is evenly distributed in the food. The only thing I would change is maybe a bit more power.

We had to replace our old microwave and was shown this unit by the sale rep where we bought it. It is more than a microwave it also bakes so it gives the ability to do multiple things and get rid of our toaster oven that took up too much space on the counter! Very well made

We have had the microwave for just a short time. It is easy to use and we appreciate all the different features. I wanted a pull down so that it looked more like an oven than a microwave. I am looking forward to using the convection oven features. Beautiful appliance. We also purchased an Electrolux oven.

This microwave is the true expression of form meeting function. I love this microwave and am finding new uses for it daily. Long gone are the days where you use it to warm up coffee or make popcorn.Do yourself a favor and purchase one of these bad boys.
