Id like to give zero if I can.
It made loud noise after using it twice. I got repair service and a week later the noise started again.
I bought LG premium care for 2 years but havent gotten a warranty yet since November 2024. LG premium care and a 3rd party company Asurian keep passing the buck. Horrible experience with LG.

So far so good still figuring out all the settings. Would have been nice if instructions for use were included with the dryer and not available only online. I noticed a faint gas smell when I had only a few items in the dryer and I think things take a bit longer to dry than my last dryer but as I said I am still playing with all the settings. I do like LGs design aesthetic and the clear glass door is neat.

The dryer only worked for a year and then it gave out till this day 3 weeks they can fix it their excuse is oh we dont have the ignitor when I have the part because it got shipped to me they cant get their story straight so I dont know how much longer and how much more money Im going to spend while I wait for them to come fix it

I did purchase this dryer year and half ago and did work very good until last week. in that time we noticed that is not producing any heat. Fortunately we did have extended warranty and service come to our home and fix heat sensor. Dryer is working as new now.

I purchased this LG dryer and a paired washer from Costco to replace 20-year old appliances.in a vacation home. Although the old appliances never gave me any problems were starting to make noises were rusting. Ive had them for 3 weeks now and have done a number of loads of laundry with everything working out fine. The one odd thing is I was surprised theres no light in the dryer Every dryer Ive owned in the past 40 years has had a built in light and I was surprised this one didnt.

I bought this because I had one last it for about 15 years until it started to act up which I was given to me from kids a washer in 2009 for Christmas the thing different is the top part were you have to use the dial for both machines and the before wasnt it was just tap with fingers where you wanted and it start by pressing the start button in the dryer had a light inside. This one doesnt but I love Both of my machines and the brand the LG

Our LG gas dryer was great. Until it wasnt. After only 1.5 years the electronics malfunctioned as the dryer could not be shut off without pulling out the plug. LG would not do anything for us as the dryer was a few months past its 12 month warranty. So we had to pay over $300 to have an appliance repair technician replace the circuit board. We bought an LG dryer specifically for its reputation for quality and reliability. Nobody expects an appliance to fail shortly out of warranty. Shame on LG for not offering any assistance with the repair cost.

Dryer broke within 8 months of purchase with very limited use ~once/week. Technician came to house couldnt fix it first time had to wait another week. When he did show was late talked constantly on personal call the entire time he was there. Would not purchase LG again first for the issue of it breaking in less than a year and second for poor service

I like that the dryer has a number of settings. It also has a count down feature for the cycle. The sensor drying feature has worked well. I have noted the countdown jumping up because the dryer senses the clothes are still damp. I was glad the door could be switched. It makes moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer much easier.
The lint filter is easy to clean there is also a feature to remind you to clean the filter. I clean mine after each load but in case I forget the reminder is there.

The installation threw Best Buy installed with wrong gas line. One year later the issues started. Stopped heating. LG said I should get the gas company out first. They changed gas line you installed saying it was illegal. I had to pay $69 for that. Then waited 2 weeks for part. Its only 1 year old. The gas line you installed was full of gunk that he put into a connection to make it fit. Not a happy camper. I have proof of everything. I should be reimbursed for that cost. Still under .

I bought this dryer 6 months ago and it stopped drying as well then started releasing carbon monoxide according to my gas service. Put in a call first thing Thursday morning December 28th. Saturday I got a text saying that I can wait 7-10 business days for them to deliver a new one or I could buy a replacement and wait 2-3 weeks to receive money back. I replied immediately and got no replies back. Ive called every day except Sunday and New Years Day and still no luck getting this resolved. No one at customer support can do anything for me. Tried emailing last week to corporate but no email back. Tried messaging on Facebook and got no help from them but was told to keep waiting.
So here I am 11 days later still with no dryer and no end in sight.
Dryer lasted 6 months. Customer support for product is even worse than the dryer itself. Absolutely disgusted.

I paid $1700 for a new LG washer/dryer which was installed on 10/3/23. The dryer broke on 12/21/23. It was required that I first have Duke Energy come to the house to verify that it was not their problem. Duke was very responsive came out immediately and I sent the required documentation to LG that morning. LG then said they didnt have any service techs working until after Christmas even though it was just Thursday the 21st. A tech finally came on 12/27 and of course they dont carry parts on their trucks which then had to be ordered. Even though I received the part in the mail early in the day on 12/29 and immediately communicated that to the tech he wouldnt acknowledge my text or voice mail. He finally returned on 1/2/24. Bottom line is we had to be without our new dryer for almost 2 weeks due to product failure no parts carried on repair trucks and extremely slow tech response.

Appreciate the size if dryer..but there is NO LIGHT IN THE DRUM AREA. So I can see what is in the drying unless I get a flashlight????
And theres no setting for a fluff cycle? So if I cant get stuff out right away I have to rewatch clothes and dry again. Wrinkles are bad.

Absolutely terrible design for those who need to convert to propane. Any gas dryer should be designed in such a way that it is easily converted between LP and NG. This design makes the conversion an absolute pain. I would not repurchase for this reason alone.
