Triple cooking zone doesnt heat

The 6 ring in the triple cooking zone doesnt heat after a couple of years. When I try to find a technician to fix it I cant find the serial number. Its really frustrated. Dont know what to do.

I have been using my cooktop for only 2 weeks. It has taken time to learn to use a completely electronic system but the more I use it the better I like it. It is so much easier to clean than anything else I have ever used. The completely smooth and unbroken surface is wonderful.

I bought this a month ago and it just arrived and we finished installing. It looks so sleek and the fact that it doesnt have any knobs and is a flat glass top makes it perfect for cleaning. So far we love it. Cant stop staring at my stove top

purchased this product 2.5 years ago and just this week all of the sensors pads stopped working rebooted the power to reset the system but didnt work Called customer service for help what a joke the Customer Service agent spoke bad English hard to under stand was reading from a script no help at all asked for a technician and waited for 20 minute but they hung up on me Will not call them again useless

I had the 30 version of this cooktop in my previous home. I used it every day for 9 years and had NO issues with it. I was so happy with it that I decided to install the 36 version in the new home we just built. This cooktop is awesome...it looks very sleek it is super easy to control the heat the dual burners provide a lot of flexibility with pot and pan sizes the warming burner is wonderful. Mostly...I love that the cooktop has no handles to clean around

My kitchen was remodeled in November 2019 and I bought all the LG appliances it was a brand that I liked but it turned out to be of very poor quality this cooktop started making a sound a while ago and to turn it off we had to turn off the power from the main box of the house and it was later removed on other occasions the power buttons did not respond either and we had to turn off the main current again we hired an electrician and he told us that all the kitchen facilities were fine we continued with these problems until last week that the kitchen started with the sound and all the lights on do not turn off and nothing responds we called a non-LG technician and he does not know what he has when we read the reviews many people are experiencing the same thing The dishwasher also started with a very similar sound and it does not respond until you turn off the power my recommendation DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

Purchased our 36 inch cooktop and we love the space that it offers. We placed it into our island and love how minimal it is. It gives us plenty of room to cook on and people are impressed with how it looks. Were happy thus far.
