Im not crazy about the rubber rim on stove top and I really dislike the drawer below the oven - it doesnt fit correctly and Ive tried several times contacting you to correct. Really cheaply made and crooked and falling on the floor etc.

I bought this about a month ago. Started using it in earnest 2 1/2 weeks ago. Not used to a perfectly functioning oven Cook top stays hot for too long after use though. Oven temperature is right on-I think I did calibration when I first plugged it in.

Had this range for a little over a year. So far satisfied with the cooking elements but extremely disappointed that the time display is failing already. Several light bars from the digital display are missing making the clock and timer unusable. Contacted LG and was given a price over $300 to replace. What a shame.

I bought this stove back in July to replace a glass top stove I have owned for many years. I bought it because it was the best built stove of all the stoves I seen in the store. I really liked the coating on the inside of the oven. I continue to use this stove daily and I am very pleased with the ultra heat burner because it makes heating certain thing much easier and faster. I am very pleased with my purchase and I believe it will last for a long time.

Had new electric range delivered and set up. The red cooktop hot light stayed on so I called Custo.er Service. More than a week later after many phone calls the issue was not resolved the light was still on Got absolutely no help from LG. Lowes exchanged it for another no hassle at all.

Bought a month ago. Love the stove but the Easy Clean feature is simply useless. Kind of sneaky word play. We thought it was a self cleaning feature only to find out that it is not really self cleaning. We were told we should have bought the model that actually says self cleaning or one that has both options Easy Clean and Self Cleaning feature. Additionally all videos from LG say and show that models with Easy Clean come with pump spray bottle towel sponge and none scratch pad. Never received with the stove. Called LG and store...response was it doesnt come with your model yet our model has Easy Clean feature. Pretty under handed after paying $1000+ for a stove.

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago and I am pleased with my purchase. My other stove was starting to go bad and I needed a replacement. I basically purchased this stove because it seemed to be built better than the others I looked at. It has been a learning process because my other stove was over 30 years old and things have changed drastically since that time. I think I made a very good selection.

Like the stovetop. It has a rougher surface than other cooktops which makes it harder for pans to slide around and scratch the surface. Oven heats quickly and evenly. Looks great in my kitchen

The stove looks great burners heat up pretty fast as does the oven. The only negative is the black glass top. It seems to scratch easily though it may not be a scratch but may be burned on dirt which does not come off with a razor blade or cooktop cleaner. This stove replaces one which has the Ceran glass and it did not have any of the trouble I am having now. LG if you have suggestions I am listening let me know.

Everything is great so far except how easily the cooktop gets scratched or marked up I have had this for 2 weeks - I have not spilled anything boiled over etc. I cleaned with cooktop cleaner prior to cooking and followed manual instructions but there are visible marks .
The cooktop has crosshatching pattern on the black ceramic top which can get marked up very easily . Beware of this problem if you like a clean looking cooktop I am very dissatisfied with the cooktop but enjoy everything else about the product so far .

it has taken me about a month now to get used to it it gets hotter than my old oven so i have burned a few things but i have just been lower the recommended temp and time so that has been an adjustment the app features are nice except it tells me to clean my oven about every 4th time i use it lol the one drawback is the design of the drawer pretty flimsy and hard to open and not very deep at all i cant store all my lids now
